My god that is the worst looking amtrak station ive ever seen.
They really do give us Acela's most of the funding

looks like it's fixed. The video that I saw definitely wasn't an Amtrak video. All is good now!

Thanks for that video! It brings back good memories. I've ridden the SW Chief a few times. I even rode it back in the Santa Fe days when it was (if I remember correctly) the Super Chief one way and the Chieftan the other.
