Why would you put all 10 pionts in strength? When you get the strength bobblehead you wont gain enything for finding it. Its in lucas simms house. So its not hard to aqquire at all. You can basicly get it at the begining of the game. And you sould put 9 pionts in intelligence so that you can gaon all the experience possibe for your atributes. Go to the rivvet city lab right when you get out of the vault to get it and you will have atleast 3 100's on your character. But if you have all the DLC...
