  • How often do you train and do you know of parkour in stirling becasue im moving there and cant find any videos? thanks :)

  • Where is the spot at 3:40? Someone needs to show me these spots because they look pretty good.

  • this vid, i totally forgot about it, i now want to go out and do parkour =p

  • sick vid... i don't know how i haven't seen this before

  • i live in glasgow and do pk it best got the spots e.g rotten row

  • i gotta go to glasgow one day.

  • where is this at? this has some sick ass skate spots that i want to hit up

  • glasgow, scotland.

  • great! i love your style!

  • skills ;)

  • That was really a joy to watch. 2.00 was a superb camera view, so beautiful! And 3.30 was extremely practical. Keep up the good work!

  • I loved your "more info".

    Sweet!

  • very good video! 5/5

  • It's good to see you making so much progress bro!!! Hard work + dedication = profit! hahaha Keep it at!

  • nice

    5*

  • I just recently stumbled onto your videos they are excellent keep refining your skills. Not that you need to. I like your style it's very practical.

  • Hey Zeno. Didn't know this one was up, I'll have to subscribe to your channel mate. I liked the video, keep up the good work! I especially liked the stuff at the Adam Smith building.

  • Very good vid! this is inspiring me to make a proper pk vid of my own. Good luck with your training :D

  • shoes nike free 5.0? how long do they last im thinking of getting myself a pair for wearing casually and well everything never know when your gunna need to run ;)

  • They last about 2 to 3 months... It is usual cat leaps that destroy the soles fast. They are super light and flexible and offer amazing sensitivity. However be very careful land on uneven ground as they are well known for ankle sprains.

  • ah righteo sounded good till the ankle sprain bit but i guess ill invest in a pair better than my volleys after all anyway nice vid stay up thanks for the reply

  • Hey man what song is this? Also, awesome videos. It's really cool to se the progress you've made over just a couple years.

  • what song?good flow

  • great video!

    cheers from Brasil!

  • were you at the jam yesterday in glasgow? some of those spots are rottenrow, nice place to train

  • Yes mate, I was one of the Rep's taking people around the spots at the Jam yesterday in Glasgow.

Good to hear you liked Rottenrow... it's a good spot for all levels of skill and training various routes and movements.

    Zeno

  • dreams spots <3

  • as usual great video zeno;)

  • Awesome video mate. I like it. You're physically strong I see which is great!

Amazing architecture I have to say. It's very diffrent from where I live (Umeå, in Sweden). Someday I am going to travel to England and/or Ireland to train! :)

  • loved the bit starting at about 3:20

  • Excellent!

  • Who is the music by zeno?

    Also exelent vidoe mate

  • what camera and editing program do you use??

  • Really good video man. You got great control on your movements and it's nice too see continuous movement like this. There was a few single movements that I didn't like, but still lovely vid. :)

  • Amazing, the last clip in this vid really shows how quiet and controlled your movement is, loved it man, 5*

  • freak

  • Im in this video :D

At 1:18 you can see me in the white t-shirt

That was my first day back from my 2 year break

    Great video Zeno ;) x

  • lol

  • Nice one but try to focuse more on your speed

    Keep up the good work

    Skypici!

  • Though I am nowhere near your league, I thought it'd be good to tell you that you shouldn't always divide movements up. A climb up is just one movement, and your mind will always have troubles with it if you divide it up. I'm only saying this because that's the impression your video gave me at times. Love your work, keep training & stay strong. :)

  • Great video, good Frenchy music (being French myself, I appreciate that you choose some "fip hop Froggy style").

Go on. I'm in bodyweight and martial arts, and I like to see parkour.

Thanks for this video and for the others.

  • Pretty nice video man

There was some parts you could have been a lot faster, like 3:14 for example, a running jump down the stairs would have been much faster, but on the whole you're improving a lot.

    Well done man !

    See ya soon.

    Ian.

  • sure, it would have been faster, but far less controlled, its more dangerous and would need a roll 9 times out of 10 to control it in time for the next move.

  • exactly mate

  • sick video dude, keep training hard :)

  • Well being honest I turned it off half way through the first time but I rewatched it and it wasn't too bad...

However, your flow needs a lot of work as a lot of the time your thinking too much about what your going to do next and stopping/ slowing down for a bit.

You need to work on controlling your bigger jumps...

The music was ok but why french rap lol :S

  • were do you find such good songs for youre parkour video's?

  • lulz. 3:14 looked like as botched take-off.

Other than that though, totally awesome vid.

    Great stuff. B ]

  • nice vid, keep up the good progress. just one thing you might like to try is maybe trying to stay on the obstacle you are precisioning to. e.g. 2:15

    everything is nice, wd

  • really nice zeno keep up the good work

    gav :)

  • i used to do parkour when i did graffiti cause i thought it would help me get to hard spots and get away from people and it did but i kinda stopped doin graffiti and parkour but this is alot like what me and my friends did takes me back so just wanted to say your real good hw long u bein doin pk

  • grea t video and great improvement. loved it.

now that your movement is getting more fluid i think the hesitation in foot work is becoming much more obvious, try to work on running more steadily? maybe even practice the same routes and movememnts of the same sort of level until you can approach them without hesitation.

  • wow, awesome video, man! :D I like your flow and nice spots too....the weather looks perfect for parkour there... keep up the good work 5/5

    Cheers!

  • Great shoots and locations. Good stuff, not your best though I must say. But I enjoyed it.

Those pops might need a bit of drilling bro, I know you can do them better.

    PK love.

  • I'm really like to see your new video. Its almost 5 minutes long but preparing is longer.Good job.Music from Sniper - Brule Avec

  • those are seriously some of the bravest precisions i have ever seen good job man im impressed.

  • the french rap's not doing much for the video i must say, from what i seen you need to work on you flow mate....

  • needs to work on his flow ? You seeing things.

  • Luuuurvly I'm Lovin It!

  • Springtime is coming up! Can't wait til all the ice and snow melts away. My legs are itching..! Great video as usual! 5*

  • Nice man. Good to see some stuff from you again. Strong and fluid movement. Keep it up.

  • i loled at the end when paul jumps out just like you did when when paul was doing his .

  • awesome video !!! love it !

  • Hey,Zeno,I realy like your video!

Good movement and good spots :)

  • wow in my oppinion this is youre best video yet ***** 5 stars

you have improved alot since youre last video

  • 1 word.. Awesome..

  • Best yet from you.

  • Awesome and inspiring vid for me :)

Your flows look really fast and efficient and so are ur climb ups :P

I noticed that on some of the rail precisions in this vid you kinda stall before you jump as if you were afraid of it...e.g. 1:57 maybe it just looks like it :P

BTW the Uni in this vid or looks really mint :)

  • Very nice constant progression. Plus your videos are well filmed and edited. Props !

  • very nice man, very nice!

    5*

  • Awsome vid! Really liked it. You are a good source of inspiration mate! 5/5

  • Loved that vid man as always.

  • Nice video.Awesome flows 5/5 :))

    ~ED~

  • very nice, i keep looking forward to your videos and am never dissapointed.

how much do you usually train / day or week?

  • 3:24 is cool :d

  • Comment removed

  • Nice vid mate great control nice rail precisions and the quality is really good keep it up :)

  • Very nice vid mate. It felt like it brought the viewer along your progression. I loved it, and it's going into my favourites!

Really nice movements, and training. One thing that helped me to keep a constant speed, was to slow down everything, work at it slow and then increase the pace. That way there's less breaks in speed.

I hope to train with you again sometime in the near future.

    (Greetings from Ireland)

    ~Kev,

  • 1:00 was really cool

  • nice one bro

  • yea ... ... I'd be happy with that too =)

Nice one bro, good to see you're still keeping it real (even if I still can't understand a word of those lyrics!!!)

I must drop by next time I'm in Scotland =)

  • graet video Zeno!

    Greetings from Mexico!

  • Hey whats the name of this song?

  • That's parkour

  • Love it as usual Z.

My highlights aer the QMU ramp and the rail work at the old library area.

Goos edit too, love the join the gap idea, and the wee break in music where your foot slides perfectly :p.

    Well done.

On the CC side of things, i dotn have a lot. One is that you slow down a LITTLE between some movements, maybe thats something to work on.

    Cheers man .

  • Nice one man!

good, loved Pauls wee dance at the end :D

  • I do like it and its great to see movements in an ongoing setting, but for some reason it still seemed a little too much like "set practiced movement" if you get me. Urgancy maybe

  • *Urgency, could just be that video cant translate this

  • very nice training spots there 5 *

  • This is what parkour is all about matee

youve got skills and an amazing talent

    keep it up

  • nice zeno.. your improving every video ;) nice flow still

keep it up man, your a big inspiration to alot of traceurs out there ;)
