Yeah, being able to touch the ground with flat palms is the starting point, isn't it? I suppose you could try doing a sort of modified downward dog position in order to get your hands and feet on the floor. Just keep pushing. Nothing to keep you going like new goals.
Yo Jer...that's was crazy playa!! Do you have any of your old B-Reel footage of you falling down out of the Twisting Half Moon or Right Angle so that we can see where u came from to now! hahaha I bet that would be priceless. I nailed the crane for all of .84323322 secs! Wasn't pretty at all!
B-reel footage? (ponders for a second) Hmmm, (remembers) we did have this huge bonfire last night. Maybe that's how it started so quickly. It would be priceless, but some things were just never meant to be. ;)
Jeremiah!!! Thanks for putting this out there. I knew you had to be a diver or something. I can't even step into a handstand, much less make the transition. Great job! Can't wait to see the next step.
jeremiah! this is crazy! 100% from the judges!!! omg.. you make it look like so easy. my next goal is trying to get in handstand. it'll be a first in my life..
Practice by throwing yourself into it up against a wall for support and balance. Once you get used to carrying your weight start to feel how your body balances on your hands then start to control your feet and legs so they can't move off balance. Then gradually pull away from the wall for a period of time. Once you can control standing up this way, then try kicking into it away from the wall. One step at a time.
That is AMAZING! I thought I was doing good doing crane, LOL
You take it to a whole different level!
Do you have a background in gymnastics?

Thats actually crow, not crane that you went into. Hopefully I'll be able to get into a handstand as nice as you soon though! Well done.
