There is a block of 3 apartments just by the top corner of middle park in algonquin. It is down the road from the hospital. Once you spawn at the hospital, on your left is the railway and down the right is the road that leads to the apartments.

You'll notice it wasnt the cracking his head and limbs on concrete that killed him, but the moment he hits the floor lol. He only loses a fraction of health on the way down.
