Its all muscle memory the movements are memorized from playing so much. he just is looking at the shapes at the top to see whats coming. This is why he is able to play "invisible tetris" at the end. if you listen to the key presses they match perfectly. Goto a tournament sometime you can see people like this in person (close to this good)
