hi! im thinking to buy two radius 3000 or 1 cdj 850... which option is better? 2 radius for 840 or 1 cdj 850 € for 700 €. i like radius 3000, but iv't use them, and im afraid that the were bad. please answer for me is important! thanks!!! maybe you could send a private message telling me which is better and specifications and experiences
To be fair this is more of an advert than a review. in relation to the comment below this i PERSONALLY wouldn't touch numark with a shitty stick. They possibly have some good stuff out but any of their products i've ever encountered have had the build quality of a pound shop toy. That said American Audio have released some shithouse products but SEEM to be turning their rep around. like Stanton their cdjs have/had the fault of lenses breaking within a short space of time.
@GriiimReaper Thanks dude do u have a certain brand or speed of usb flash drive to use because i tried it and it still happeneds even with a brand new flash drive please help
? i have the 3000 and wonder how comei cant max out my flash drive to put it in deck it takes forever to load or should i say naver loads whats the max it can handle
@damonshields2 dude the radius 3000 usb mode holds up to 5 Folders Only and fill ur usb to the max if u want. and when it takes too damn long sumthin is up with ur usb not ur unit> cause it happened to me before.
well, i can buy a CDJ 800 MK II (new, only 24 h of use) of pioneer as the same price of an american audio radius 3000: 400 €. I dont know what to buy for that price, which is better for 400 €? Radius 3000 or CDJ 800 MKII (only 24 h use)?¿?¿ THANKS :-D
hey there! have you had any problems with the radius 3000? I stumbled upon people on the net who say they had problems with the cd-drive, not reading cd-s or taking a log period to read. I am looking forward to buying them, so any advice is valuable. thx.
I just bought the radious 3000, but when I conected to my laptop on midi function to use it with virtual dj, all the lights turn off. how do I make it turn on when use it on midi controll?
I must say these do look quite promising. I don't have enough for Pioneer CDJ2000's or even 1000's so yeah these do look quite promising for the price. I might look into getting these...
i`m a fresh owner of a pair of these cdjs and i have a very big problem , doesn`t count corectly the bpm.i have all my songs analized with mixed in key for key and the bpm and to the mosts songs doesn`t match the bpm .ex mixed in key gives me 128.3 , radius 3000 130 or 131.You know if the cdj have settings for the bpm?sorry for my bad english
@Dlehy Wow that's a huge discrepancy. I hope u post more technical glitches here so we as a consumer no when can we decide which pair or brand should we purchase. Thanx.... any other issues btw?
excuse mate, I know its kind of stupid what Im going to ask but, does this decks allow you to play lets say one track in the usb and another one in the cd player at the same time? and the same when you activate the midi controller and usb or cd player? (sorry about my english xD)
@ruben1289 hi, thanks for your comment. You cannot run two different types of media at the same time however changing from cd - usb or midi to sd card is just one push of a button.
Very informative and easy 2 follow and understand review! I tink i'm gonna have 2 get a CDJ soon and this 1 definatly look's like it's worth considering!
These decks look great, but I have a question: On the very right top corner of the LCD screen, there's a red block that reappears when you change the song with the track knob (it looks like a "battery level" meter). Do you know for what is?
is 10 second anti skip enough?? wow it is hard to find reviews on these players! I just want a good all around player that I wont need to upgrade and that sounds well and realistic while scratching?.. anyone know how the 3000 sounds while scratching?
I usually use the pionner decks and the scratch on the radius 3000 is as good as the pioneers. The 10 second anti skip is fine. I have tried to beat it by spinning the jog wheel back and it keeps up. If you can go to your local retailer and try them out. The are great decks for the price.
Great players how did you find the pitch slider placeing. lots of features on this unit . but if you had that little bit extra to spend would you opt for the radius 3000 or the pioneer 400 Be honest
i just got in from the 6th gig i have done with the decks and they are solid and totally reliable. I am used to the pitch fader placement now and its not a prob at all. My honest opinion (and the rest of my team) is i would go for the radius 3000 over the 400's everytime. Try them both out and I am sure you will find the radius 3000 is perfect for the mobile dj market.
cheers simon this is likely to be the players I buy when I get round to upgradeing Iam happy with what i got but will upgrade when the opportunity arises
Simon, This is one of the best deck reviews i have seen, lots of details, proving that the Radius 3000 is one of the best value, pro deck available! as always, peace & love!
One of the companys i use for bits and bobs in the midlands has got these on at a great price, not my cup of tea, but look the bizz for not a lot of buck
I Bought These, They Are Great Quality Products, One Question Though, Is It Me or The BPM Reading On These Cd Players Aren't That Accurate?
