The very first time I fought the Iron Golem I took Tarkus in with me.

The Golem kept hitting Tarkus but did barely any damage, all the while I'm throwing Pyromancies at the Golem. I get it down to half health when all of a sudden Tarkus flips shit, hits the Golem once and knocks it straight off the edge of the arena.

I played this boss yesterday on ng+ and was amazed that I was able to do this, I was acting like a little kid in the candy store laughing my ass off. though to my amazement it was not because i hit him off but was able to get him down with my greatsword +14 with sunlight blade without him hitting me.

Ok, I get it that Tarkus helped with this boss, but he didn't beat the game. And, I've beaten the Iron Golem by myself several times now and not once died by him, so it can be done.  I also know it's very easy to die by him. Tarkus is very good and like a tank, so he makes it really easy.

A Dickwraith invaded me in Sen's at SL 33. You know, twinked out and all that shit, would easily destroy me and my 13 Vit. So I ran the entire way through Sens from near the entrance to Logan all the way to the top so I could reach the boss gate and not die horribly to some Lightning maggot.

When I hit the top I summoned Tarkus, and the Phantom looks up from one of the bridges below (not to far behind me) and I receive a "Player has returned to his world" message.
