In another tape, Nixon says that Blacks are an asset to this country, and have a lot of physical strength, and some of them are smart. NIXON is not the one to say that Blacks are not intelligent enough to be spies. At around this time, there was a lot of racial rioting, and this greatly contributed to his landslide re-election in 1972

@MegaAstrodude Nixon was not a "left wing" republican. Liberal Republicans haven't existed for 100 years! He was a moderate republican all though he was a hardline anti-communist and was hardline anti-drugs making him pretty conservative on some issues pretty centrist for the time on others. But anyways, I said; and Republicans wonder why they are labeled the racist party. I didn't say; and conservatives wonder why they are labeled as racists. Just out of curiousity, what Jeremiah Wright quotes do you object to from 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997,..., 2007, other than what's already been much publicized?
