Tech details in case anyone sees this and can help: inside the 3gp file I have audio codec: mp4a: MPEG-4 AAC LC, 44100Hz 96 kb/s tot , stereo (2/0) ; video codec avc1 H.264/MPEG-4 AVC.
I know. The cellphone (Droid 2) produces a .3gp file which Quicktime plays fine, but when I import for editing in Adobe Premiere Elements the video drifts badly relative to the audio (changing, not simply a time offset.). Driving me nuts, it appears to be a known issue with PE9 but no solutions out there. Better codecs somewhere? Any helps is appreciated. Meanwhile my channel description remains "Crappy cellphone videos of really good live music."
I have a tech solution in hand, stay tuned...transcoders...
