  • I'm so sorry for your loss. As a Florida RV family ourselves, we have traveled I-95 many times with our trailer. Thank God nobody was hurt and the very least there was minimal damage to your truck. I only own a pop-up trailer. However, if something like that happened to it, my family and I would be heartbroken. Good thing for insurance. Did you and your family ever buy another RV?

  • @Sashacola we have bought a new rv and it is a higher quality than the last one.

  • how are you gonna get home?

  • @RodentProductions1 We took the suburban home.

  • What happened? did it roll over on the road, because it looks like it's already in an impound yard or something. Did the guts fall of the actual trailer here? I'm confused. Glad everyone's alright!

  • @MrMaypole14 you're right about it being in an impound yard. What happened was it rolled over on I-95, which is a major highway in case you didn't know. The guts did fall when the trailer rolled. Everyone is ok as this happened four years ago.

  • wow are people actually dumb enough to ride in the back while its moving?

  • Keystone RV states they need to replace the entire front-to-back walls on a 152 day-old Keystone Alpine 3500 RE.

The full review is at: holmanrv.net

  • Did insurance cover everything.. If not what did the insurance cover?

  • @Demineralize it covered everything + what was actually inside the trailer

  • Thats a sad loss. Good thing for insurance. Hey at least you gained a flat-bed trailer. And no one was injured.

  • you tell me they make then out of partical bord i wonder why it fell apart my be a tent trailer be the best way for the run it be easyer on gas and you can put roof racks on it to bring the kayaks and bikes rather then halling ahevy load of partical bord around

  • I'm sorry . .

  • I hope you had insurance on it.....?

  • not just in south corlinas, but in california u can ride in the back as long as its a fifth wqheel & u have contact with the driver so u need l;ike a intercom or nextel radio's..

  • not just in south corlinas, but in california u can ride in the back as long as its a fifth wqheel & u have contact with the driver so u need l;ike a intercom or nextel radio's. I SMELL A LAWSUIT.

  • Hey, that's no bad. It'll buff right out."

  • Wow! I am buying a keystone tomorrow and just found this video.

  • God bless ya'll, He was truly with you the day your family went through such a nightmare.

  • Hopefully no one got hurt. A camper can be replaced but people not so easy.

  • it is illegal for travel trailers.... but not fifth wheel's

  • I don't think there are any states that allow a person to ride in a towed trailer of any kind. You made this statement " I would like to warn people not to be in a moving travel trailer while on the road. Someone could of been killed if they were back here." Does this mean you have allowed someone to ride in a towed trailer at some time?

  • @Altonmcc Never would we have been in a towed trailer, thats just unsafe as there are no seatbelts. To answer your question, im not sure if this is 100% true, but someone told me that in the state of South Carolina, it is the only state in the US that allows someone to ride in a towed trailer.

  • @jman1948 NOT JUST SOUTH COROLINA,BUT CALIFORNIA DOES AS LONG AS ITS A FIFTH WHEEL NOT A TRAVEL!! OH & U NEED A RADIO FOR DRIVER & PPASSENGERS IN THE FIFTHWHEEL OR U R NOT ALLOWED TO RIDE IN THE BACK.

  • @jman1948 not just in south corlinas, but in california u can ride in the back as long as its a fifth wqheel & u have contact with the driver so u need l;ike a intercom or nextel radio's..

  • @Altonmcc you are aloud to have people in trailers you just have to have special suspension and a 2 way radio.

  • Today's travel trailers are NOT built to last. Just like modern day autos, they slap them together in hopes you'll replace it in a few years with the "newer" model. The old trailers of the fifties were built to last a lifetime.

  • I own a rv repair shop in California. I can say from experiance that keystone is the poorest quality rv I have ever worked on.

  • well when a towing a trailer, slow down!!! take your time.

  • OMG! Egad...

  • Good God! The whole thing came off the frame? From the looks of it, Id say it was shoddy workmanship. I'm glad that you are all ok!

  • No, I'd say its just like every cheap RV/fifth wheels out there. Does anyone know how those Airstreams are assembled? They look tough, but looks can be deceiving.

  • @studpuppy69 Airstreams are the best you can buy.

  • @studpuppy69 they are made from aluminum, making them the highest quality RV I have ever seen, however, they cost much more then the average travel trailer.

  • on the bright side, you have one hell of a utility trailer! lol.

  • @ViceCityStoriesPro36 one of a kind

  • Sorry too see that mess, but it was too much for that truck, or your sway system wasn't set up right. I passing vehicle shouldn't ever pull you off the road, or get it in an uncontrollable situation. Glad every one was all right !

  • A Semi went by and the whole trailer shook, my Mom overcorrected, and we ended up in the ditch. This video here is at the recovery yard.

  • Glad ya'll are ok. What happened?

  • We believe that the brakes were not properly hooked up right to the Suburban, causing the R.V. to fishtail into the ditch.

  • did the frame stay attached to the truck or what?

  • Yes, The flatbed stayed since the R.V was built on top of the flatbed you see there, it basically slid off when we flipped.
