Yes, They sprayed people in San Franciso in the early 50's. Manypeople died of a Meningitus outbreak including my brother. We lived a mile from the Presidio Army Barracks.

I often wonder how chemtrail pilots can 'go to work' every day. I'd rather have no money and live in a box under a bridge than make tons of people sick or possibly kill them just for a paycheck.

I believe, as I’m sure you do, that biological weapons have been used (or broke out) on the populace before. And they were both used on soldiers during WW2 (gasses by Germany and bio weapons by Japan.)
