  • Ps i used to train my spaniel using food and he would choke. I had to retrain to run with me, The best dog i ever had to work with. I had to work as haard as him around the course by making silly noises to keep it exciting. Someone once said to me as i came of a run 'i have never seen a dog and it's owner have so much fun around a course. I'll never forget that. The more fun you are the more fun they have. Even if i did sound stupid haha ;)

  • Great advice Alan and Jayne i wish i knew this sooner :). Alan and Jayne are excellent trainers and rewards there dogs with toys and such forth. But every dog loves to play and interact with their owner. The best true bond of all is the relationship you have with your dog in this sport. And this is what they support and encourage. Lots of play and affection. I'd rather have a dog that works with me than for food. Enjoy your dogs :)

  • Great video! However, you should reward your dog with treats or toys every time it performs the teeter, not just with petting. :)

  • ture! and it's not just always about winning, make it fun and make it a good expirence with keeping it safe, not just fast(:

  • exactly! :D

  • but I have a question, How do you get your dog to start to get on the SeeSaw? I mean this dog knows how to do this, but what if your a beginner?

  • @phantomlover002 if you look up dog agility training teetor totor there will be training videos but what i did is put a ball underneath a large piece of ply wood and had the dog get used to the idea of something underneath their feet and gradually go up from there
