@kani92 It could be a hard transition. I've been vegan for a year now and It wasn't hard because I had support. The vegan diet takes imagination and there will always be something we can eat. I've explored and I've found so many different varieties of soy meat, soy cheese, and Soy ice cream you get all the favorite food you love while still eating healthy.
