the pce was actualy a 8bit system,manny publishers backthem sew the pce in the 1# place as a updated famicom,but it had a 16bit video chip & a digital optional soundchip,but the cd rom addon pulled off the system to it,s ultimate limmit to even compeat with the snes,amezing.
Eh...sometimes the Vampire Killer is a leather whip, sometimes it's a steel whip with a steel ball at the end. =/ I wish Konami would make up their mind. I personally prefer the leather whip.

i think since the whip was made from alchemy, it was granted a property that lets it change between leather and steel, ideally the leather whip is faster, but the steel whip is stronger
i believe you in the PC version having alot of improvements...cuz i was scrolling on my bor's emulators and found the remake on the snes version....it fucking sucks...i want to play this one

The leather whip reappears in CotM as "The Hunter's whip".
