It was one of my favorites on the PS ... it was overlooked by a lot of gamers for some unknown reason, and their was never a sequel ... I wish they remade this one and turn it into a series .

this game reminds me a lot of "Apocalypse".

@ravenjehuty No,they were different producers and developers : One from Scea and Take Two (Gta,Duke Nukem) while Apocalypse from Activision and Neversoft (Tony Hawk,Spiderman).The second has been released the year after the other,so evidently Bruce Willis game is been inspired by One and not viceversa and indeed they quite improved the concept. ;-)

@SnafuFrank Indeed, it's just like jumping always,but unlike that I'm pretty sure that the uploader used a controller with autopush activated for shoot button. Anyway,the comical thing is that one (as the game title) who was really escaping on collapsing bridges shouldn't go back again to destroy obstacles already overcame with the risk of fall through the air,just for craving of destroy everything,lol. ;-)

@Lagash1973 if i remember this game correctly, destroying objects built up your "rage" meter. I'm assuming that was his purpose but i could be wrong. I loved this game as a kid.

@rhix That could be an explaination indeed, but actually there's nothing as hud besides that green and red polygonal life energy indicator. :-| I liked and played some of this game when I was 25 or so, but definitely preferred other kinds of games as Medievil and Resident Evil 2. ;-)

@Lagash1973 the energy meter doubled as both a life bar and rage level indicator. i think color represented your life and the speed it rotated was your rage. if you blew up enough stuff it would turn white and you'd go ballistic on stuff lol.

Despite it being kinda easy to beat, this game is totally bad ass! The sound effects, the graphics, the score and the story all come together to make a really fun experience. They should have made this into a movie.

@amarhamid You can download it from the Playstation Store via the PS3. As far as any place you can illegally download it from, I neither know, nor would I tell you if I did. Buy the damn game from ebay or amazon for cheap. There's no reason to be a freeloading thief.

Bought it (again) on the PS3. The controls lack the refinement you'd find in modern games, and the platform jumping over insta-death pits is utterly obnoxious. It's still damn cool, though -- I love taking out the helicopter later in stage 2 ("He's too strong!")

Awesome, yet another game I played for the first time on a OPM demo disc. I remember this one, because unlike most games of it's kind you actually gained health by killing things rather than gaining power ups. Another good choice my man.

weird thing about this game for me, i just randomly stumbled upon this video about a week ago, and watched it and read what u said about it being similar to contra, and that it was a gem, it took some interest, so i went online and downloaded it and burnt it but havent given it a go yet(modded ps1), then i went to a random flea market by my house and someone was selling it in great complete condition for $5 so i bought it, and i'm glad that i did. :) thanks for the vid
