The sound effects from this are used in the dead end alley music, the rest of which is not on the OST. And they cut short "The Wait" and "Not Tomorrow" too.

It has the sound of insanity screaming in a person's mind, losing all touch with reality.
And i love the way it just keeps getting louder and louder.
haha, it would work well with a stage production of 'Macbeth' or 'The Crucible'.
