This should actually be possible using the stock battery, albeit reduced fly times. Stock CX2 can lift 30 grams before it has a good deal of trouble gaining altitude. 23 grams should be fine, as I run mine with about 25 grams, stock.
You can keep the stock canopy on,just cut out a slot in Your canopy and slide it in front of the 4 in 1. You could probably velcro it to the front of the 4 in 1. You have to have the bottom of the cam almost touch the ground to have it miss the lower blades by a comfortable margin.
This is the only way I can think of that gives You the cam and still looks good asthetically.

A small camera available from KRS hobbies; online. They have a good price on it.
It uses internal or camera card and plugs into the usb port on Your computer for download. I like it.
