What authorities? We hung around for a while but no police turned up. I have lived in Thailand for a long time and the one thing I can say is driving here is interesting to say the least.

Tell your friend to have a look at the clip, the hospital is further up the road on the left, so he will know where the accident happened my wife is also from Chiang Kham but we live in Chiang Mai this happened about 4 pm when we were coming back home.
