@anewstateofthought Just expressing an opinion here, but reading a book only engages a person's mind and imagination (depending on the book). Dancing engages a person's body, their mind, their imagination and their soul. Personally I think dancing is a much healthier past time although I would not discredit reading as a healthy past time in it's own right.
