I played this all the time in the doctor's office when I was a kid! I saw that the actual arcade machine is rare, about 5 in 100 (100 being most common, 1 being incredibly rare). Awesome game!

this game was released in arcades in '88 (in the US, it was licensed by Romstar for distribution), and 2 years later it was ported to the Turbo Grafx-16 (which included a couple of enhancements). and last year it premiered as a Turbo Grafx virtual console game for the Wii.
