Heck, Sub Zero beats Batman (wow, unthinkable! xD) while Scorpion kicks Superman's ass. Besides, let's be honest here: OFCOURSE the DC characters are stronger (at least physically), it's only because of both universes merging that everybody is at around the same strength level (even Joker wonders why he's so strong all of a sudden).
