  • looks so yummy! i want to try this... hihihi!

  • do you have the measurements for the ingredients? if not, how is it suppossed to taste??? more on the sweet side or salty?

  • @fugeelala1980 Hi! Unfortunately, I don't measure my ingredients. I just base it on how I want it to taste like. My BBQ is a little bit sweet, sour and spicy.

  • when skewing..you..twist the stick slowly then push..esp. on the pork fat....

  • @Jerbaki Hi! Thanks for your suggestion I normally do the twisting method if the fat is thick. But if it's thin I just wrap the fat around the stick. Thanks for your comment. Take care. :)

  • which part of the pork did you use, its perfect for bbq

  • @MrNeil4pad Pork butt. It's the best part. You have to have a layer of fat and meat when you BBQ to keep it moist and tender. You can also use the pork belly if you're braver than I am. :P

  • tomato sauce? wow really unique, never thought of that though.. good video.

  • @kochiyose12 It actually adds into the taste when u marinade the meat. Thanks for ur comment. :)

  • wow great delicious..

  • @The4ever13 Thank you for your comment.

  • What type of Pork did you use 'cause my mom is having difficulty choosing the type of pork for the Filipino barbeque.

  • @Raizza101 Definitely the pork butt. It has fat in between the meat. It keeps the meat moist and juicy when you grill it. If it's all meat then the meat will be all dry and chewy. Thanks for watching my video.

  • @vnck25 I'm sure they have a vegetable version of this. :P

  • @vnck25 I would think it's tofu. :P

  • Thanks so much... It looks so delish!!!

  • @flowerofdecember Thank you. My husband liked it! :P

  • Very nice!

  • @ReaganBoy Thank you. I hope you look forward to my future cooking videos.

  • that looks damn good

  • @AgentCarter thank you for your nice comment. I appreciate it.

  • use banana ketsup intead instead of tomato sauce, lololol

  • LOL! That's funny! Unfortunately, there's no store around us that sells it. I'm not really a big fan of Banana catsup a lot a times they use so much food coloring it actually stains your tongue and teeth. LOL!

  • I would suggest soaking the skewers in water for about 20 minutes before putting the meat in them to prevent the sticks burning on the bbq. Just a friendly tip.

  • I actually did soak them I just didn't include it in the video. But thanks for the friendly tip. :)

  • looks good,i'll try this on our next birthday gathering this month.

  • Thanks for your nice comment. I'm glad you like the video.

  • You're welcome.

  • thank you!

  • what cut of pork did you use? Is it pork shoulder??

  • I used pork butt.

  • just to let you know, "pork butt" as she said, is the same thing as pork shoulder. that is just a nickname for it, but "pork butt" and "pork shoulder" are the same cut of pork.

  • @AgentCarter Thanks for the info. Honestly I prefer the pork ribs. Less fat and the broth that u extract from the bones taste better.

  • so you'd do the same thing, marinate and then take the uncooked meat off the ribs and put them on sticks for grilling? or would you keep them on the rib for cooking?

  • @AgentCarter So sorry I was replying to a video in reference to "Pork Sinigang." For the Pork BBQ I prefer the "pork butt." Just because I like the combination of the meat and fat together in 1 bite. It makes the meat tender and juicy when u grill it.
