@fugeelala1980 Hi! Unfortunately, I don't measure my ingredients. I just base it on how I want it to taste like. My BBQ is a little bit sweet, sour and spicy.
@Jerbaki Hi! Thanks for your suggestion I normally do the twisting method if the fat is thick. But if it's thin I just wrap the fat around the stick. Thanks for your comment. Take care. :)
@MrNeil4pad Pork butt. It's the best part. You have to have a layer of fat and meat when you BBQ to keep it moist and tender. You can also use the pork belly if you're braver than I am. :P
@Raizza101 Definitely the pork butt. It has fat in between the meat. It keeps the meat moist and juicy when you grill it. If it's all meat then the meat will be all dry and chewy. Thanks for watching my video.
LOL! That's funny! Unfortunately, there's no store around us that sells it. I'm not really a big fan of Banana catsup a lot a times they use so much food coloring it actually stains your tongue and teeth. LOL!
I would suggest soaking the skewers in water for about 20 minutes before putting the meat in them to prevent the sticks burning on the bbq. Just a friendly tip.
just to let you know, "pork butt" as she said, is the same thing as pork shoulder. that is just a nickname for it, but "pork butt" and "pork shoulder" are the same cut of pork.
so you'd do the same thing, marinate and then take the uncooked meat off the ribs and put them on sticks for grilling? or would you keep them on the rib for cooking?
@AgentCarter So sorry I was replying to a video in reference to "Pork Sinigang." For the Pork BBQ I prefer the "pork butt." Just because I like the combination of the meat and fat together in 1 bite. It makes the meat tender and juicy when u grill it.
looks so yummy! i want to try this... hihihi!

@AgentCarter Thanks for the info. Honestly I prefer the pork ribs. Less fat and the broth that u extract from the bones taste better.
