Uhhh- Barbados is an island, it doesn't have random runways in the middle of the rainforests like in South America. So Barbados is threatened by people who want to be drug mules, or who try to sail it into Barbados... Drug dealers try to get their drugs into Barbados because Barbados has a good reputation internationally, and thusly people from Barbados aren't overly scrutinised at border checkpoints.
