Really, I think it does, especially the beginning. I admit it got away from the thriller a little bit with Berenger and Poitier in the snow and the bear but it is back on track. A little comedy relief never hurt anyone.

this is a standard commercial movie it had its moment at the cliffs then just average
it's filmed more like a comedy kids disney feature than a "red hot" thriller
