Term limits are idiotic. It's a way for a group of thieves to pass the political office around between themselves. When you get a good congressman or senator, you should be able to keep him or her in office. Yes Sen. Byrd is old, he has decades of experience and his mind is still clear. He's not one of these guys with a nice haircut and good looking suit who starts taking bribes two years into his term. The more term limits there are, the more crappy politicians you'll have.
