Curls do not build bicep mass! regardless what type of curl or how "fancy" the technique is. Stick to heavy ass barbell rows and pull/chin-ups.
I have found that my biceps have grown significantly since training my back more with heavy ass weight at low reps (5-6 reps at muscle failure), although I have found that curls give my biceps a more "3D look".
This is still a great video though I am not knocking it but I just don't want people to believe that curls build mass on the biceps...
This is what i need to know. When i start workingg out. Should i be starting with a low weight and work up to my high weight, and if so how many reps/sets of weights do i do working up to my max. how hard should i be pushing my body? how long should i work a muscle group?

Hi Brandon, thanks for another nice video. I had a problem, my left arm is weaker than the right one, so when I do the exercise like this, my left arm either can't do the same weight as the right one, and there will be pain on the wrist. Any advice or suggestion? Thanks~
if anything you should hold it at the middle because thats the point of the lift that puts the most pressure on the bicep and makes the bicep work harder. Holding it at the top will not really do anything because thats the point of the lift where there is the least amount of tension on the bicep. Holding it at the top would only be affective with resistance bands because they keep constant tension on the biceps.
