I got a vizeo tv thats pretty awesome, but I try to avoid online ordering unless I need something fast. I chose the vizeo over ordering online to avoid losing everything altogether. Sucks Alison. Still watching some of your videos so I wont put my foot in my mouth and tell you to keep us updated on if they fix it in case they already did.

try to get stuff shipped to a relative, friend, or neighbor.. that works different hours than you.. hdtv are pretty light .. even 40".. you and friend can move it easy.. and as others have said.. Samsung and Amazon are great.. i buy so much stuff from amazon and have saved thousands.. always price check at amazon.. even if you get a friend discount.. "friend" discounts can vary on many things.. my samsung was $1800 + tax in brick store like best buy.. but $1300 free shipping on amazon
Any customer service person who would tell you they're going to call you back, then go home for the day instead should be fired on the spot. I've done customer service and if I've promised someone a call, I will call them even if I have nothing new to say, just because I had already told the person I was going to call him or her. And hopefully Sony's CEO won't write Alison an evil letter telling her she is going against the nature of Chris or the other Sony employees. That happened tio me once.

They charged me $120 to "fix" it, same issue, I called them to have them replace it, they denied. Now I am suing this damn behemoth for $10k due to my father's b-day footage turning out to be that melting jittery horror. Do yourself a favor, buy Canon, Panasonic, Samsung, BUT NEVER A SONY, NEVER!
No matter how big that discount was dealing directly with an electronics manufacture is NOT worth it. Best Buy or Amazon next time. At least they know what they are doing.

Well didn't go to a resort this weekand with my mom (but that was ok) but not going to celebrate my cousins coming party at a restaurant today sucked.
I feel your pain... i ordered an anime a long time ago and they brought the first set and the third but the second was out of stock, couldn't they have told me that before they shipped so i could change my order? havent seen those missing episodes to this day (nor the last cuz i cant watch it without seen the second set).

that actually reminds of the dilemma i had when my wii was sent to me broken, so i send it to nintendo to be fixed they send it back saying its fixed and it has the same problem so i yes once again must send it back to nintendo where they actually remember how to fix wiis this time. the odd thing is most peoples xbox 360s break because of the 33% failure rate and wiis .1 and my xbox has never failed me looks like they switched failure rates or sumthin.

And the stupid FedEx dude supposedly delivered it on my neighbor's apartment, I went to pick it my printer, and it's not there...
I still don't have my printer, they will "go get the printer from my neighbor's apartment" and bring it to me on Tuesday!

messgae continued because of it being longer then 500 characters. you tube i dont like this rules!!: obviously my wii wasnt lost but u can see how this is kinda similar because of the horribly long ass wait i had more then 3 weeks of waiting in total. so we both had to wait for the thing we wanted rediculously longer than it should've been

that actually reminds of the dilemma i had when my wii was sent to me broken, so i send it to nintendo to be fixed they send it back saying its fixed and it has the same problem so i yes once again must send it back to nintendo where they actually remember how to fix wiis this time. the odd thing is most peoples xbox 360s break because of the 33% failure rate and wiis .1 and my xbox has never failed me looks like they switched failure rates or sumthin.

same thing happened for us.. we ordered a 46" sharp HDTV, on black friday or was it cyber monday.. and it took them forever to bring it to us.. we got it on new year.. more than a month.. wtf? happy birthday allison

there is 2 things you could do, if you ordered it on a credit card cancle it and buy it someplace else, of go online and find out who is chris's boss and keep cling him/her if that don't work the get in touch with the BBB or your local news station. hope you get your tv.
