  • Totally awesome. I am a park ranger who does prescribed burning in old Seminole / Miccosukee country in south Florida. Have participated in stomps before. This made my day!

  • Gotta love those Cherokee leaders. They dance faster than the Creeks that I shake for.

  • @shellshaker i agree thumbs up if all you others agree to XD

  • buh i kno these guys lol

  • im part cherokee and iroquois (or the haudenosaunee)

  • This stomp dance doesnt look too much different from the one done by their Northern Iroquois sisters and brothers as well.

  • @steelgrrrimai you're very fortunate...weren't too many of us around when i went last. but you're right...you have to stay grounded.

  • You know, some of us stomped over in the big sandbox, too there were Soldiers and Marines doing it together. Sometimes, you've just got to stomp and renew yourself.

  • Umm... the dancers were aware of the video tapes and were performing in public. The dance is sacred not secret. And the others there respectfully kept their distance so what are you complaining about?
