Yes you lose your armor

You get slayer exp (a few k)

@tictack0 Leaf Bladed Sword, only Leaf Bladed weapons, Broad Bolts and Arrows, and the Slayer Dart affects Turoth and Kurask.

Yes, if you die you will lose your armour.

You need:

10 Slayer for Cave Crawlers

40 Slayer for Basilisks

55 Slayer for Turoth

and 70 for Kurask

And finally you get Slayer experience for killing the bosses. They each grant 1k exp each, except for the Kurask Boss, which will give you 11.5k if Kurasks are your current assignment.

Overall 4-4.5k

slayer exp.
