AKA Black History Month, do yourself a favor and watch some quality black cinema......NO TYLER PERRY....films by F.Gary Gray (The Italian Job 2003 version), the Hughes Brothers ("From Hell" starring Johnny Depp), or a host of others. No demands or judgements just have a look at Black Cinema that is directed by AfroAmericans and not targeted to them....a world of difference.

The Charismatic doesn't transform: they subtly inflect their native magnetism. Lots of greats here, too: De Niro, Brando, Pacino, Poitier, Freeman... Washington. Also all greats.

The first looks technically more impressive, but there's no choosing between them.

It takes skill and experience to portray an antagonist that is both threatening and intimidating convincingly but kudos to Roger Guenveur Smith for his portrayal of "Rudy" in this scene. It also takes a very skilled actor to put aside ego and/or pride to display genuine fear while "getting punked" which cannot be an easy thing for some actors to do.
