  • I do Insanity (the exercise vids) and Pilates, on alternate days, about 5-6 times a week. The work-outs are about 40-60 mins. long each. I'm out of the house 8-5. My ultimate goal is to get to 18% BF and run a marathon within the year. What would you recommend I do to build endurance? The time constraints are a big issue for me. Do I really just clock in the hours, you think?

  • What's the difference between a full body workout and circuit training? Can't that be the same thing?
