This is a great cartoon. I don't speak Russian but I can still get the rough idea of the plot. It's so imaginative too, especially compared to American stuff. I haven't seen animation with paper figures in years either.
that badass animation just cannot be redone in america, i mean who thought of placing cartoons in front of movie footage, it looks totaly jokes and cool!
No, its supposed to be a parody on all western special agents, like James Bond or Inspector Gadget. He has many gadgets, but is still worthless and incompetent.
