This is tragic when a adult gull is injured. We don't know what happened to the seagull. Probably killed when hit at motorcycle speed. I'm happy you didn't lay the bike down. If the gull hit you in the helmet, do you think you could have still held on? Once I was riding at about 100 kph in summer, with full facial visor up, and a powerful wasp wedged in that open space. It stung me good, and I NEVER rode again with the visor up (for very long).

I ride a motorcycle, I can predict some of the things the film shows a bird rising in August for the flight just before passing motorcyclist, empty road - not fortresses that always manages to provide everything and do not put living birds than to human health, but I am of the opinion that whenever there is a chance to save the animal's life always makes for the best!! I saw a chance to avoid a collision with a seagull and I would try to avoid it.
