  • how about theyre both good in their own way and just chill...it's a tribute to U2's genius, and this is awesome...thorn's voice is fuckin cool and the xylophone is sweet...

  • forget all that you know. This is it.

  • @ThisIZTheEdge is a tribute to U2 and it a industrial vergin of the song and thay are explaining the violents of the day bloody sunday so do your studying before you post a comment on a video and say oh this is messt up because so and so

  • OMG! WTF did I just hear?! That was fucking AWESOME!

  • TTTTTOOOOONIIIIIIIIGGGGGHHHH!!!!

  • Essa Releitura está muito louca. Cara, demais!

  • Awww... The vocals (for lack of a better word) are absolutely terrible. It's obvious that the guy is trying way to hard. I do find the musical reiteration interesting, even though it is far to derivative a remake for my taste.

  • @ThisIzTheEdge I actually heard this one first, too. I also consider this as a better one than U2's.

  • This is pretty messed up, not only because the cover is horrendous, but because the singer sings: "celebrating the victory Jesus Lost" but the original is where Jesus Won. I'm not religious, but Bono is a Catholic. So I wonder if he allowed the change or was even aware of it. I wonder what he thinks of it.

  • vocals such bad..solo rocks

  • I love this cover more than the orig track.

  • this is horrendous. i cant believe people enjoy this style of vocals on a track

  • this version seems to fit it better. i wish that bono would stop trying to make us think that he's such a great guy and admit that all of those charity proceeds are really being funneled into building a massive death-ray.

  • Under A Blood Red Sky and Wide Awake In America is just live collection. You know what, get a recorder on your toilet and make another album.

  • Pretty good cover.

  • Yummy \m/

  • This is horrible. There are actually people that like this? EHC really should stick to worshipping Satan.

  • Moran ! This group & persons who like it do not believe in a devil or a god for that matter

  • @iamloyne no shit...

  • wow honestly, for the longest time i thought this was KMFDM for some reason. sorry people lol. but i bet KMFDM would sound awesome if they covered this song :D

  • Excellent version!!!

  • jajaja se creen los rudon muy chingones pero la musiquita que toca lol...........no mames jejeje XD jajaja que pendejos

  • @Maliceuk

That so cheap .. in atomic explosion, much more people die in second.

U2 try to make hard thing soft pussy candy. That why think that Bonno is homo.

  • the tree looks like joshua tree:))))

  • Y'think....??

  • @revolutionday1

Please, don´t bother me, if you can´t create sentences longer than one word. Thinking is apparently thing you are lack of.

  • Just saying that you were overstating what's already clearly obvious.....probably because you're a donkeyrapingshiteater.

  • @revolutionday1

BTW I was thinking "I think", if you would not think it out.

  • Problem is, that mozila did not show, that u were commented the fact about joshua tree -your comment was on the top of the page and it look like you were comment, that I think that Bono is homo, because there I used word think.

It´s really not obvious, that it Joshua tree, because Joshua tree is the fifth album of U2 (and Sunday bloody Sunday is not there), meanwhile Sunday bloody Sunday, is from first album War. The song is against the war as you could see.

  • The song is first on that album, so it clearly says the main idea.

So if you will put again thumb down on my coment, please try to think first.

  • @Osirise81 What are you talking about? The Joshua Tree is U2's SEVENTH album, and War is their THIRD album.. O_O

  • @BeneathTheNoise

OK, "sorry" for that (I wantedto say, its firts song on they third album)), but key things are 1) joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia) looks completly difrent 2) On U2 album Jsh tr is no song sunday bld snd 3) On this album are only 2 song from that album, but there are also 2 songs from alba war. So how it could be obvius, that tree on this album is Js tree?????

Post scriptum - afrter all, Joshua tree is btw not sevent album, but fifth.)))

  • @Osirise81 Huh? Are you on drugs or something? I didn't understand a thing you just wrote. The Joshua Tree is their SEVENTH album. You have : 1-Boy, 2- October, 3- War, 4- Under A Blood Red Sky, 5- The Unforgettable Fire, 6- Wide Awake In America, aaaand 7- The Joshua Tree. Thanks.

  • lot better than u2

  • Vale el video.

  • yeah, this is good. Killing an Arab is better...

  • You gotta respect a band that can make a zylophone sound hardcore.

Ive always found it interesting that, with the same words and beat, two radically different feelings are evoked.U2 sounds preachy and whiny.EHC sounds like they revel in the violence.

This and Bela Lugosis Dead are their best covers.

  • I agree..great music & the backups are incredible; a plethora of emotions. Thorn sounds like he's trying too hard to simulate anger. If we're going to compare 2 sets of music geniuses, we should apprecate the fact that EHC realized 1st this great anthem & appreciates the pioneers that brought it to us years ago. Any band making covers, I'm sure, aren't doing it b/c they think they can do it better. Instead the feelings are uncanny. U2 may sound preachy and whiny...but, they did write it first.

  • @kidspushingkids

U dont get, they aperently make a joke from oversweet tunes of U2, but thats all. What they like, they keep - in my point of view make better. The refren definitely sounds better in woman voice.

  • @blubuddha13

I don't really hear a xylophone. Do you mean the harpsichord?

  • @TheLogicStick Yes, yes I did. It is one of those stupid mistakes I keep repeating. I just noticed I did not even spell xylophone right anyways.

  • @blubuddha13

It's cool, just thought I should point that out. Heheh

  • @blubuddha13 to me it seems EHC is trying to make you angry at the current bs going on. U2 had a sort of dark sarcasm about it.

  • @blubuddha13 It's a fucking cover.

  • Comment removed

  • @blubuddha13 whiny? try soulful

  • @blubuddha13 You fuck, it's against violence. Do you even know the context of the song? I'm not knocking this band or their cover. I like them both.

  • @ellasar777 Do YOU know the context of this song??? This version is sung "celebrating the victory Jesus lost" not "won" like in the U2 version. Hmmm....

  • @blubuddha13 got to check out their version of charles in charge ( the tv show) its hilarious.

  • Sunday bloody sunday : an incident in Derry, Northern Ireland, on 30 January 1972. Twenty-seven civil rights protesters were shot by members of the 1st Battalion of the British Parachute Regiment during a Northern Ireland Civil Rights Association march in the Bogside area of the city.[4] Thirteen people, seven of whom were teenagers, died immediately, while the death of another person 4½ months later has been attributed to the injuries he received on the day.

  • yes yes like this music

  • hey some1 should post Electric hellfires remake of Calling dr love then tell me, I would kill 2 hear it not live 4 the first time since the cd

  • who gives a rats ass what the bands religious beliefs are, its still a great cover of a great song from and amazing band that dealt with the topic of a massacre. UP THE IRA!!!

  • WHOOOOSH!

  • great cover :)

  • Is it a cover?

  • yes, its a cover of U2

  • First off, who cares what someone belives in.

Second off, the type of satanism that is followed by the lead singer is LaVeyism. They use the term Satanism as being a type of scape goat, and feared. There is no actual worshiping of the devil.

  • Almost makes me like U2... almost.

  • haha concured.

  • Great cover.

  • Where i can download this song? It´s great by the way. :)

  • better than the weak ass original! I can't stand U2. All their stuff sounds the fucking same.

  • i do think bono is a douche, but i always thought zooropa was one of the best albums of the 90's. I always liked this song as well, though i will say i enjoy EHC's version better.

  • thanks for the nice feedback actually, but my question was serious ...

  • NO, aint u learn history on school?

  • LOL, important facts...ye school brainwashed me with second world war shit That's the only thing i learned there. Glad i know a few more history facts than that thanks to research on my own.

  • hm, I do not know what was wrong with your childhood, unenlighted, fat-assed retard... but it seems that there were some issues.

  • no thanks. no need to waste more precious life-time for nerds like you.

  • dynaflow74 no its sunday bloody sunday

  • Sunday bloody sunday...

  • Christ, they do a lot of cover songs. Not only that, U2 blows.

  • Yeah U2 sucks...

Does everyone realise that there was 2 bloody sundays?

  • No. What's the other?

  • November 21, 1920 in Dublin

    30 January, 1972 in Derry

  • Actually, there are multiple, but those are the two most famous.

  • Three, at least. And I'm pretty sure there was a Bloody Monday at some point.

Says a lot about us, really.

  • haha, i'm pretty sure bloody sunday was northern irish wasn't it? and the monday... what was that? i thought it was american.

  • There were two in the south and one in the north.

1913 Lockout, 1920 War of Independence and 1972 in the North.

I can't remember what Bloody Monday was, but I'm pretty sure we had one too.

  • bloody Sunday was druing either the French or Russian revolution i cant remember which off the top of my head

  • lol well i typed bloody sunday into google, first result was for the irish bloody sunday. and it was probs the russian revolution you're thinking of.

  • awesome song

  • Been looking everywhere for this version. Was the first one I ever heard, actually, even before U2's.

  • @kaindarkwind Same here

  • @kaindarkwind Your entire life you must've been living under a rock

  • @ThisIzTheEdge No, it was spent serving your country, cocksucker. Feel free to fuck yourself though.

  • @kaindarkwind Wow! Those are big ass fighting words! I'm scared. Is that how you served defending my country? Shielded Under a ROCK but close enough to surface incase you need to use that mouth in war...or to make love and suck some...

  • @ThisIzTheEdge Hey fucker, I didn't bother to notice you'd replied until now, but by all means go die in a fire. Limpwrists like yourself are always big shit talkers on the internet. I know you're still sucking your mommy's tit in real life. And why not, everyone else is doing it.

  • Great version!
