0:10 I see Dumbo's Circus provided a sizeable chunk of the early Adventures in Odyseey voices (Katie Leigh, Will Ryan and the late Hal Smith and Walker Edminston)
Then I see the names of Jim Cummings, original Mouseketeer Sharon Baird, ALF creator Paul Fusco as a puppeteer, John Debney directing music.
Lot of big names (and a few future big names) shown during the credits.
I remember watching this show when I was a kid. It was back when Disney was a little more innocent and took delight in showing mostly cartoons. Makes me long for the past a little.
@EdBoy1215 "a little?" you must be on crack,I will never move on with life because my heart and soul will always be with these shows I watched growing up,it's disgusting how much T.V. was ruined but as long as I have dvd's of these epic cartoons then there is no need to feel sorrow.
@PieFights, I Know That You Watch It in Canada. But I Was Thinking That Disney Making a New Channel Called Retro Disney Channel Where They Kept Old Disney and Playhouse Disney Shows!
I remember this. Well, not this specifically if it aired in 1988, but I do believe they kept this format and re-airing for a few years into the 90's because I definitely remember Dumbo's Circus and the trivia, along with the videos people have posted of the old promos.
omg.. i used to get up early to watch this.. and mousercise!! i think we have one of the episodes recorded on tape somewhere. UGH! I wish Disney would at least put some of their old stuff back on, for the Disney Adult fan's sake TT^TT
Speaking of a Mickey Trivial, did you know that this month is Mickey Mouse's 80th Birthday. This was recorded off of the Disney Channel 20 years ago when it was his 60th birthday. Time flies by so fast.
This was back when Disney Channel was actually considered entertainment for kids, unlike that crap like "That So Raven" and "Cory In The House", which make white people look either stupid or nerdy and black people look as if they are either loud and spoilt or don't care about anything but money.
Amen to that, Family Channel is Canada's equivalent and nothing compares to the old-school programs like Dumbo's Circus, Donald Duck Presents, Good Morning Mickey and even Mousercise. Old-school Disney FTW!
There was a commercial on recently and it said something about hand clappin. I bust out singing "hands clappin, hands clappin, everybody get your hands clappin" I had no idea where it came from. I couldn't remember what show it was until I searched 80s cartoons. I finally figured out where the song came from. Now I just need to find the song. Thanks for finding these clips.
Was this shot in BurbanK? It certainly seems like it.

We've got to fly, the show is over
It's really been fun
But now it's done
It's on to the next town, we'll miss you my friend
But even the best things must come to an end
We're packing the wagon and saying goodbye
We've got to fly....
