The word Filipino is the new conventional term reffered to all filipino in descent born in the philippines or outside.The word Pilipino is old traditional conventional term with same meaning as Filipino. While Bisaya is not actually called as a languge, it refers to the people who was born and lived in the visayas region and can able to speak cebuano, ilongo, waray,hiligaynon and bol-anon according to thier respective places. Visaya is not a dialect actually, those people living in the visayas is what we called bisaya and can speak cebuano illongo, waray etc. but there are some places in visayas and mindanao claiming that their language is binisaya like misamis oriental and butuan city. And one more thing Cebuano dialect is the second largest spoken in our country, Dont be confuse between cebuano and bisaya, it has a big difference.
