@Ankamaandre Bro in the studio Billie Joe uses all sorts of guitars ranging from Blue (his Fernandes) to Fender Strats, GIbson Les Paul Jr's, Standard Les Pauls, SG's and ES335s it does not matter what guitar you play its how you play it and really the secret to making a guitar sound good is all about your hands, and your amp settings, I have a Gibson Les Paul Jr, A Fender Jap strat and a cheap Epiphone SG g310 and I can make them all sound great on Green Day song! ;) (rant over)

@Ankamaandre actually SG's are great because they have a lighter body with humbuckers. and if ur gonna use a les paul, use one with P-90's, a humbucker would sound too heavy

@phildasdil well there's no actual amp, and if you don't have the same amp there's no use using the same settings. this is just a preset from the toneport, basically an old marshall simulation cranked all the way up
