Thanks for the comments - The angles aren't the problem it's the radii. I eventually found a table giving all the data from a manufacturer on the internet. I’ve been trying to find it for you but it’s buried deep in a large disk drive somewhere (haven’t used it for a long time) can’t remember what I named it – I will keep looking and if I find it I’ll let you know.
I suggest you do a Google search for tangent/geneva drive manufactures I think it may have been a German company.
If you dont mind my asking, how did u determine the angles and radii for this Drive? I am in the process of designing a 20-way drive and just want to see if I am doing this the hard way. Thanks and nice job with the animation.
