Shall i tell you something true but a way to freak you out.

me and my friend watched all of the current entries in one night. at 11:00 we snuck out of his house and went wondering off to the local town. on the way back we had to follow a road in pitch black at 3:00 in the morning which led through a woods. we then had to walk down a public footpath in a woods to get home. we were paranoid of seeing slenderman and all we could hear were the crows in the night and rustles in the trees. Freaky?

Tim at the end isn't limping because it's been moths since this season started, he could be long over it. Alex could have an older or younger twin that was born a day or so apart and that could be the twin mentioned and why in the memories video it was shown with only him having the birthday party, but it could also be Tim. I like both theories and can't wait to see which of them is true or whether that was just a distraction to get us thinking in this direction. 8D

If you watch carefully at the hotel part with Slendy there's the messed up visual with a bunch of colors after Jay tackles Slendy, if you look in the right hand corner you see Jay's face in horror and he suddenly dissappears then it cuts to him lying unconcious. I think we are finally seeing Slendy's true paranormal power or something.

I've came to some conclusions watching this video:

1) Alex have some sort of conection with Slendy, maybe a pact or something.

2) Masky is some sort of entity that fights against Slendy (although it doesn't makes sense why he's kind of agressive with J).

3) Anyone who's involved with this and is "selected" by masky group to be a masky starts to coff and disapear for no reason (Remember that Jessica dissapeared minutes before J being attacked by masky)

That's my thought so far, anyone agree?

One thing I'll mention that's really derpy and has no real relevance but...

Motels in general usually have a policy that states clearly anything lost or stolen from your room is not their responsibility. So to avoid any potential legal issues (because people will sue whether they're warned beforehand or not) they provide a safe to store especially important things that you can rent to use for the amount of time you're staying at the motel.
