  • "Fashion disaster!"

  • NANA WAS SOO FRIGGIN CUTE! Gosh, I love her.

  • Awwah! Nana Kitade is so kawaii!! ^_^ <3

  • She forgot the most common of all! ITA!

  • что за трек играл когда им двери открыли? (техно какое то?)

    народ подскажите please!

P.S. автор тебе не кажется что надо ссылки на использованный материал кидать?

  • topfashionapparel com

  • Omigoooosh! Nana was so cute! xD I wanna hug her.

  • i really dont like the way nana kitade talks :/

  • I prefer Gundam Lolita...

  • even I knew that cute was Kawaii in japanese xD

  • to make rules about fashion is possibly the most stupid thing someone could do....especially when it comes to those kinda INDIVIDUAL styles....

  • @cardiovasculair

Well think of it this way, would jeans and a t-shirt be Lolita? No, clearly not. But if there were no guidelines to Lolita, people could wear jeans and a t-shirt and call it Lolita. But that wouldn't be Lolita, and the guidelines are only there to keep Lolita being the specific fashion that it is and to stop it from turning into something it isn't, not to keep people from being unique. :)

  • i love how japanese are soo easy about lolita. In the westren world you have to follow the rules correctly or you're italoli. I love nana kitade <3

  • "I'm not scared to wear some knickers." I have to laugh at that \^0^/

  • "fashion disaster" lol. PS: Japanese Lolitas don't have rules like Western Lolis calm down ladies...

  • If you type in "Lolita fashion" on the internet there's a site that pops up that's a little bit better at explaining lolita fashion (this vid was really cute, though, hehe) :)

If you can't buy these dresses online you can ask a friend who shops on Ebay a lot to buy it for you instead, ask a relative or a family friend that can sew to make one for you (which is what I'm doing), or find things at second-hand stores to piece it together. It's an expensive hobby - branded dresses sell at $250+ -_-

  • No offense meant to any western cross-dressers on here, but most western guys can't pull sweet lolita off. That's why more gothic brands like H. Naoto are great for guys. Although you also get prince lolita, and I don't get why this video didn't mention it...

Ryohei from megamasso is creepily good at crossdressing lol XD Srsly, I was devastated that a guy in a dress is cuter than me :(

  • and no offense but I dont think this Nana chick knows what she's really talking about. Just cause she's wearing "Punk" lolita accessories doesnt make her a "punk lolita" And gothic isnt all about crosses and spiderwebs either. And honestly, her outfit is not so coordinated and it's even leaning towards Itai. -,-

  • Nana is the best ^-^ and i just need to love lolitas some day when i go to japan i will buy a lolita for me ^-^

  • I like when Nana Kitade is horrified when the guy says he could wear jeans under the dress. Hilarious *lol* xD

  • that was SOOOOOO AWSOME OMG I WANNA GO TO TOKYO SOO BAD JUST FOR THE FASHION

  • @ataulosama many brandname lolita stores have online shops that ship overseas now :) Check them out! :D

  • He could wear ouji, kodona or dandi, whatever you wanna call it.

Also, there are not only 5 lolita styles! There's sweet lolita, gothic lolita, punk lolita, kuro lolita, shiro lolita, country lolita, sailor lolita, casual lolita, guro lolita, hime lolita...

more recently a fusion between gyaru and lolita and another between fairy-kei and lolita!

  • the only two cheap websites i know to get Lolita dresses are Milanoo.com and Trust deal.com

  • @cuttingemos try fanplusfriend, ebay, and clobbaonline

  • i hope i will find this store when i'll fly to tokyo in 2 years....if i would find it....i will defently buy some stuff..

i love lolita style...especialy gothic lolita

  • they should of sent a girl

  • The guy can wear an Ouji or Prince Lolita style.

  • Kodona isn't a widely known term in Japan : ( Not even in the Lolita community there.

  • Wearing lolita dresses is very comfortable, I think! I have two dresses right now, and I love wearing them when I get the chance.

  • @Inufreak991 really?im looking for a loli dress,do u know of any good websites?maybe ?thanks:-)

  • @fr1zz1y I bought one of the dresses from an ebay store called something like "momo'sfairtytaleworld" or something like that. Then, I also bought the other one at an anime convention in the Dealer's room from BodyLine. Body Line has some pretty good dresses, too, but the money adding up all the things for one outfit is nearly $200, that's almost how much it cost me for the second dress. ^ ^; It's a very expensive hobby, so be prepared to get hit in the wallet.

  • @Inufreak991 arigoto:-)..hehehe

  • @fr1zz1y you can also buy directly from the baby the stars shine bright website. That's what I do.

  • OMG u guys should do more vids like this !!!!

  • ahhh those americans looked sooooo out of place... twas lol.

  • kawaii!

  • ooow theres Nana K.

    i love her *.*

  • Funny video

  • Kodona and Dandy are the same thing, no? I thought the Lolita styles for guys were Kodona and Aristocrat. And aren't there like 16 different Lolita styles?????(yes I counted)

  • There are sixteen "official" loli styles - however there are tons more that aren't as popular. : ) Guys who wear lolita and don't want to crossdress usually where Aristocrat and Kodona.

  • I thought kodona is usually used to refer to the more childlike style... like with the shorts... Ryuutaro & Yukke used to wear kodona Plastic Tree & MUCC were still more visual

  • OMG I WANNA MEET NANA TOO ;;;;

  • im sooo going to Japan!!! xD

    Lolita iz AwEsOmE!!!

  • @Kimbaz101 take mw with you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • get yer noob ass out japan...tch

  • whaa! nana kitade!!! *__*

  • KAWAII!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lmao! this was so funny and cute!

whatd that girl mean by "plain lolita"?

  • Hmm plain lolita..maybe casual?

  • you have no idea, i would love to meet nana kitade and goto a btssb store in japan -_-' i by all my btssb clothing online..

  • There a way more styles of Lolita than 5

  • yaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i going

  • Kodina and Dandy are for boys.... the Japenese lolitas seem quite sweet. Bu there's like way more than five types of lolita.

  • i dont know how much u can do there if u dont have someone to translate for u...

  • There are way more styles than the said for sure. :O

And there are kodona and dandy styles that are acctually ment for boys but girls wear too.

  • What's funny is that I barely ever see a guy wearing guy style, it's almost always girls. Even in EGL bible, most of the kodona and dandy models are female!

I think when she said there are 5 styles, she meant like the basic/most popular styles out of many.

  • rofl that was cute and funny, im guessing they could understand english but not speak it and he could understand jap but not speak it... well the end was funny.. "thats a fashion disaster'... haha.. soo true :) but it gave me inspiration to start designing a guys lolita clothing range,... its time to bring back the pirate shirts xD

  • About 5 types? I could name 15.

  • lol, "Fashion disaster!"

  • A lady friend of mine was opining this fact recently to me, how Loli-Goth clothes are so EXPENSIVE. Sounds like Kitade-san can kinda muddle by in Engrish somewhat...the guy is annoying, and it figures the two American girls in this video not only have no business dressing in this style, but are from Houston, where I live. *groooaaan*

  • Hmm...............Inerersting..........

  • Hmm...............Inerersting. .........

  • LOL!!

    "total fashion disaster!"

    ROFL

  • I only have one gothic lolita dress... God they are expensive T_T

  • you know what's expensive too? Cosplay T_T

actually, everything i order from ebay or something.. is really expensive too..

    *sob*

  • I know how you feel.

But if you sew your cosplay dress'es it's not that expensive?

Unless you really choose a difficult outfit xD

  • Lol, im bad at sewing, i usally buy my cosplays XD

i'm not going to sew a vampire knight outfit XD

  • Haha xD I can understand it if you want a Vampire knight uniform.. That would be waaaay too difficult and expensive xD

  • Is'nt most cosplay expensiver anyways? T#EHEE! and cosplay is fun to do !

  • That really depends on the materials and if you are making it yourself x)

and of course the character your cosplaying.

  • YAY! you replied!

  • o.O Is that so amazing? xD

  • Yes. it is that amazing.

  • Can't wait to comment with you again. really cannot comment on channels for some reason........

  • Oh really o.O

You're a little lonely or? xD

  • Damn...that was fast. i usually have to eait 4-5 hours for a response. i just like to meet new people through a somewhat secure line. at least Youtube has somewhat of a secure line. worst cse scenario, delete self file and start over, but must remeber to not abuse the system. ha! i used youtube like a facebook!

  • did you mean the anime,a vampire hunter knight, the arcade shooter, or a cosplay in working cosplay?

  • three words for you. Learn To Sew

  • you can say that again..........

  • man these dresses are expensive,like around $200-300 US..dont think i can afford oneT__T

  • I know baby the stars shine bright XD lol. they sell that here in The Netherlands o-o

  • Nana kidate is a singer :O she's amazing.. lol did you see when she put the dress on that man. HAHAHA

  • Mana is God in Lolita HEll What the hell i,m i saying HE made this.

  • Kawai!! lol!

  • It's so awesome that a lot of people wear that kind of thing! I love lolita! but if I wore it here in california, like they wear it out there, people would think I was a freak. I have a few shirts with ruffles and stuff, but they really go all out. I wish I could go there. I'de fit right in. I wonder how fashion like that gets so popular. Why isn't it popular where I live?!?!? it's so pretty!

  • I know how you feel Roxasluver4eva , my side of europe isn't very Fashion Forward either xD, shame, lolita is sooo beautiful

  • I find that kinda ironic, since Lolita fashion is heavily inspired by 17th-19th century European fashion! so it seems even there, people won't accept anything that is not...'normal'. shame how people are these days -__-

  • Well, it starts by people wearing it...

You could start it over there in Cali.

I started wearing Decora fashion where I live and it's getting really big!!

    ^-^

  • It's already started. There's thousands of girls who dress lolita in the U.S. already, but it won't get big, because it takes a lot of time, money, effort and character to wear it right. Just look at the difference between the outfits worn at angelic pretty events in LA as opposed to... say...lolita cosplayers at the cons

  • I would go to japan just to isit all those cute stores!(^ ^) Being lolita oversea is realy expensive. (x x)

  • i wish i could afford as many dresses as i could but ther expensive :S i got one for a bargain and one for mi b-day ^_^

  • mana EGL for guys still looks like we are going to still be in a dress

  • lols never knew ppl were tat obbessed with teh mana convo

  • I need to go to Paris just to see how cute BTSSB shop is there.

I have to agree with Nana he did look cute with the head eating bow. I think that is what it's called.

  • Blarg.

We are not "GOTH-LOLI". We are LOLITAS. I may dress Gothic Lolita one day, and Sweet the next.

WE ARE LOLITA FASHION. NOT ALL GOTH LOLITA. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD.

  • chill foo'

  • ahahaha poor man

  • mana does Lolita fashion for guys.....

  • goth lolita freakin rulez

  • goth goth loli loli ?

  • I reckon Mana is Lolita i mean come on girls and guys Mana from malice mizer pwns in Lolita fashion x3

  • Mana created Elegant Gothic Lolita. :D

  • He made the TERM EGL. UGH

  • yeah i know, he created the term and some of the clothing ect O.o

Of course mana didn't create Lolita =]

  • Yeah i agree with Muddehz,

    and you Zengykun, ^.^

Mana did create EGL and has his own brand: Moi-même-Moitié, he rocks =]

  • Sorry haha *Muffehz

  • Yeah i heard Mana was in another band so is Kozi

  • Yeah Mana was in Malice Mizer and is now currently in "Moi-Dix-Mois" ^^

Not sure about Kozi though, I think he moved onto the band "Eve Of Destiny" then and currently working on a solo project. I think. lol

  • Mana coined the term "EGL". He did not make lolita.

  • He did not invent the original Lolita. He did create ELEGANT GOTHIC Lolita.

  • She's so sweet! Kawaii!

I really really want to go to Japan, i don't think i would be able to stay out of the shops! =]

  • haha , damn i really want to go to japan.

  • i want goth lolita stuff! roses and spider webs, can't get any better! :D

    and that black bunny bag

    japan is the best! <3

  • Kodana and some EGL is for guys~

  • For some reason, that geek guy more scared me

    than goth-loli girls.

  • i wanna go to japan so bad a buy tons of lolita dresses!

  • omg i love lolita! i want a dress! :D there so kawaii!!!! hehe

  • Oooooh!! She's so kawaiiii <3

  • That girl is a genius...

  • mann now I really want to go to japan!

  • oh and also the men's ver. of lolita would visual kei i think^^

  • The men's version of lolita is kodana :D

  • Kodona, Ouji-sama or B-Lolita

  • that was very funny^^

  • PLus,Nana Kitade only just stared lolita for notTOO long, so she might not have been TOO smart on the topic, but she did become interested in punk lolita. Lookat her music vids.

  • this store is heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Kawaii~

  • 1:45, while nana is talking about gothic lolita...those three outfits look like visual kei to me...but maybe i'm wrong. it's just that you don't often see pants and t-shirts in lolita fashion.

  • mm yes I agree, definatly look visual kei style.

  • yay! someone luffs me!

  • the one in the middle did kinda look visual kei to me too

  • Well there IS lolita fashion's counterpart: Ouji Fashion((basically Prince Fashion)) though Kodona was considered a sun-fashion because one of the members of PLactic Tree named his style kodona((meaning Kid Adult I think)). T-shirts can be used for casual lolita, whilethe pants are usually Gothic Aristocrat

  • LOL
