  • Plastic is OK as long as it's not single use and is recycled when no longer useful. Do you want cardboard suitcases and metal lunchboxes?

  • one day someone will make a documentary about good things people do

  • @gammacurve Like "The Power of Community" about Cuba's Special Period and how they overcome oil shortages by localising. I'm sick of conspiracy documentaries and ones that just focus on problems but without solutions of exaggerating situations and providing false statistics.

  • here's the full documentary - watch?v=A77WtXmkwuU

  • @saoirse4280 It's been removed.

  • ive seen it and its awsome . people be aware of plastic maybe its the major cause of cancer and maybe he killed my sister :''( . plastic is gay .

  • stagevu.com/video/bzqhwxcjchip

  • Plastic? It's an enemy for the earth. So, lets take action to recycle it.

  • @yangkiimade and prevent by using suitable material

  • 10% of our plastic - over 10 BILLION tons a year - ends up in our oceans. Please people: reduce, reuse, recycle!! Be aware and consider your consumption :)

  • @fusion01wp restore hemp

  • siiiiiiickkkkk

  • Really really good documentary! It shows problems and possibilities of plastic as a resource for goods and work. And it's positive about enviromental solutions worldwide.

  • where can I view the full length film?

  • great film! i recommend to all!

  • you dumb asses just believe anything on tv or movies and don't research any of this shit you believe in pretty pathetic just keep doing what ever the government tells you like like goddamn robots your programed.

  • very nice movie

  • 180sx it's not really worth taking the time to answer you but it would be worth your while to know what you are talking about before you say things that show how uninformed and ignorant you are. I suggest watching the whole film, it's very informative and unbiased and helps bring to attention just how big this issue is. The solution is education we will only have people talking like 180sx as long as people are ignorant of what's really happening. Fortunaltely many people are tackling the issue.

  • I cant beleive with these comments you are 25 yrs old, man you sound like a conservative 60yr old or a young liberal (australian reference). Also its not the 60s no more, what hippies. I agree that we should look after those in disadvantaged situations, but whats that got to do with recylcing or not recycling. Also this doco is about biodegradable plastic not recycling, I thought Canada was a bit more progressive than your views.

  • Not everyone in Canada agrees with l80sx and I will thank you not put the rest of us Canadians in the same basket.

When I read stupid comments from stupid Canadians like I80sx, I know that they are reason Canada is still considered backwards and unsophisticated.... Anyway, my point is that not all Canadains think the same as I80sx. Peace.

  • sorry annabodhi38, i didnt mean to generalise, and I definitely wont rate canada based on 180`s views, I guess I shouldve put it differently. peace to you too.

  • shut up retard!

  • Yea I use more energy to get up off the couch and put my rubbish in the bin in the kitchen, when in fact I could just drop it on the floor at my feet, so why dont I do that? Because very soon Ill be living in my on filth and then in the long run I will have to expend more energy to fix that mess.

Money is always the short term answer.

  • If it cost more money to stop fucking up the earth, then it is worth while. That is the same old argument for everything, its not about money, it is about responsibility.

  • @xtinkt1 nothing cost more than fucking the earth up. earth is the only earth we have, and it cost more than anything.

  • When will this movie be made available for personal use?

  • you can rent the video from blockbuster, or buy it online at amazon or hmv

  • I hope people can recycle plastic. It's toxic to earth. I havent seem a ice berg and Snow mountain in my life yet. Please dont melt them! T_T

  • I just watched this movie today. I normally don't like documentaries, but this movie was fantastic!

  • where did you watch it on the net?

  • No. My high school class watched it was a documentary, because we're assigned to make one.

  • could you find out where your teacher got it for me i want to watch it. thanks
