@tirgula I reckon he is trying to say that it is a Finnish "myth" that not that much salt should be used when cooking food. Some twenty years ago there was this healthcare project in Finland which aimed at reducing the usage of salt in cooking because of its affiliation to heart and venous diseases. He is adding a tad more than the health recommendations advice.
