The reason people don't like your swing is because you surround the swing with on-beat stuff. You have to keep all of the ideas consistent or it becomes irritating to the ears. I enjoyed your product, I just think it needs some work. Try setting a beat and THEN going for some swing, and then bringing it back to the beat. It creates tension and release, as opposed to just tension layered on tension.

You misunderstand. Traditionally swing is considered to be unequal durations that apply to only certain notes... Usually the "and" of the 1 2 3 and 4 being delayed. It is, beyond a doubt, entirely noticeable. The problem, is, though, that it doesn't work when some instruments are being "delayed" while others are not. This is what I find unpleasant about this music.
