I would fully support the actions taken by this Gov against SF if he's committed any crimes genuinely (Not fabricated accusations manipulated by the Gov to defame him just bcoz he was against the Gov) and also if they take same actions against Gov ministers like Mervyn Silva who has attacked media personal openly in public. He wasn't even arrested. And I'm sure there's more than 1000s in SL that need to be arrested for higher crimes than these allegations.
At the moment there's no law in SL. Only law is if u support the Gov, u can live peacefully but if u r against the Gov, u will be arrested based on some funny legal grounds. Arrest Karuna first and then SF. Arrest Mervyn Silva first then Dabhara Amila thera. I was backing up my country when UN requested for an investigation for war crimes by saying do it against US 1st for crimes committed in Iraq n then come to SL. I sticked to that point. Yes the law shd be equal and applicable to everybody.
Aaaah... well one absolutely can not say that "there is no law in SL at the moment", I think our President Mahinda have done MUCH to improve the the legal system after many years of corruption under UNP !!
But I guess nothing is perfect !! Need improvement hear & there in the SL legal system !!
One thing is crystal clear "the arrest of S.F was to be done because he is a ticking bomb- and National Threat !!
He could have been the next Ranasingha Premadhasa, Prabah K or Idi Amin !!

Weeks later, he continued to harass more ppl in media. So what legal system u r talking abt? Even chief monks said this is unacceptable and ppl were mislead by these politicians. Dude, speak up the truth leaving whatever benefits u get from this Gov. All condemns this cheap action against SF.

It is past and so as for SF. He wasn't arrested before he retired even these alleged accusation took part when he was the CDS. Since this Gov is not taking actions against these ex LTTE members who have a proven history of terrorist activities witnessed by the whole nation, why they treat differently to SF and his actions?
