@SPLCHRLCRNG I might disagree on that one. I really like his vocals on this classic, although he doesn't fit on all of the Bethlehem songs. Just like someone already mentioned; he isn't made for these songs, but on this one he does EXTREMELY well. No offence of course dude :)
Kvarforth didn't do a decent job,he did a god damn fucking excellent job,and you remember this, because if you didn't knew he plays in Shining, and Shining=Kings of Depressive black metal.so show some respect.
@m0d3l1n0 That's an awful argument. In this song he's singing for Bethlehem, so all the background he has as Shining's frontman doesn't count. He should be respected for it as a person, sure, but when it comes to his performance on this exact song, he clearly does a subpar job compared to the original.
@m0d3l1n0 As much as I love Shining (they are my fave band) I have to say you cant instantly call this great purely because Kvarforth is in it. He is capable of being shit at times you realise as everyone is. Anyway, I dont mind this version but still prefer the original.
Even now where I adjoin the wick Architeuthis princeps finds himself On a Quest after the religious Satan for a naive sin in a desolate accommodation And when the child with the bloody mouth Was denied the last kiss It wasn't an answer to the last one Fountain go to your Brother... Then not a collar comes there of Is he still red from the ice melting?
Why does the young copy have to like the anomalies of a machine heart? by now there are strange shadows that move where once lonely foot steps performed the dance that cried for heaven Why does the young copy have to like the anomalies of a machine heart? by now there are strange shadows that move where once lonely foot steps performed the dance that cried for heaven.
Holy shit, that's a terrible snare sound.
