TLC is Putting Drivers in Danger by Putting the Full Name on License ... First and Last Name on the License

Since anyone can use a Computer And trace where the driver lives ...

Plus if u see the TLC so called Police of taxi there Last Name is on the jackets with badge number

all u need is a last Name and License Number
