  • i want to know where this song comes from ireland? or where

  • @natashahelena1 i guess this song is irish...but i doubt whether this is the same song used for swing dance or not....and i see swing dance in this movie....

    can somebody help me out?

  • @natashahelena1 Its too slow to be an Irish dance, it would be more inspired by the dances from central Europe and England.

  • 1:15 is where it gets exiting!

  • Did John Powell compose this music??? :-)

  • @Pioupiouline Alan Menken YaY!

  • my favorite part of this, not that the whole thing wasn't fantabulous, is right around 1:09-1:14. i can see the dancing sequence right around there.

  • I dance to this piece!

  • This is one of my favorite scenes.I just feel like a little kid watching Cinderella and Little Mermaid and all the old ones watching it!Long live Tangled!

  • The sims 3 medieval soundtracks fit in nice with this piece :) people who like this should check them out

  • TO THE BOATS!

  • Does anyone know where to find the sheet music for this? I'm learning to play the fiddle and I absolutely love it. Thanks!

  • @bookranda try it by ear :) that's how they did it back in the days when paper was too expensive :p

  • @Jonasv20 LOL!That made my day. Something my fiddle teacher would say.

  • 1:14- <3

  • Does anyone knows some similars songs/band ?

  • @sl3dge78 i dont know anything quite like this, but i know that almost all the music from How to Train Your Dragon is also soooo amzing. same type of feel. composer john powell.

  • @disneyluverrr Yes it did, but this was written by... hold on.... Alan Menken. Yes, indeedy.

Totally agree with you though, How to Train your Dragon was brilliant. I just like this because it has a very British Isles feel to it, despite my firm belief that this whole movie takes place in Italy... oh well.

  • @Toxophlilus I looked it up to see where this takes place, and even though it's not entirely determined, it's assumed Germany or somewhere in that Gaulic region since 1) Rapunzel takes place in Germany in the original tales and 2) the men in the tavern are all in Gaulic garb

  • @marellenlynole what does gualic mean?

  • @niyazmather That is the language traditionally spoken in Ireland. They mostly speak English now, of course, but a lot of people there understand or speak one or both.

  • @Toxophlilus I think it's in Italy too. Mostly because I love Italy and this movie and Flynn said the party lasted a week and in the past (idk about present) most celebrations lasted a week.

  • i love this i have the movie and i love it expecialy -^_^-

  • I dance in this in ballet

  • @JenniferandAndrew really??? how? I mean, what kinds of steps did you do? sounds like a really fun piece to dance to. i've never tried it. maybe i will.

  • @JenniferandAndrew :O same!

  • @JenniferandAndrew soooooo jelly

  • my mom thinks this would be better in a stage play, or ballet dance... hehehhe.. such a beautiful music!

  • im having this as floor routine music but its cut a bit

  • I love this! it makes you want to dance

  • 1:14 is when it gets brilliant, just makes me wanna dance. Reminds me of the Irish dances back home or the ceilidhs here in Scotland

  • @ramsaybaggins what Irish dances dose this remind u of?

  • I love this whole medieval thing they did with the soundtrack. its so wasy to listen to

  • I wish this was a longer piece
