I have had this phone for almost a year, i have had two of them already and a new battery. The paint kind of comes off after a little bit, it is sort of slow, it is slow with texting, the camera lens shattered, the micro SD card is very slow and i dont have that much on it, and i guess thats about it. Oh and I have cricKet and it sucks where i live because it is roaming 24/7 so that means its 25 cents a text and $1.00 a minute.

I got one for $50 when I got my service with Appalachian Wireless in KY. The display screen went just quit about 3 weeks ago, 1 month before the warranty was out. It is being repaired.Over all the hint is a good phone is kind of wide though. Would like 4 it 2 be more narrow, just a little, other than that is great.

I loved this phone when I first got it, but now after having it for almost a year I hate it. It refuses to charge, the paint on the keys have all worn away, the light on the keyboard is dead, and the battery life is substantially worse than when I first got it. It's a nice phone at first, but it detoriates fast.

This phone absolutely is the worst phone ever made. It accumulates to many outbox messages until it crashes and you cannot delete the outbox because it crashes as well. Worst user face ever. Constantly Crashes and resets itself. Pocket dials and text people. The button keys paint falls off from normal usage. (Keep in mind i've had this phone for 5 months)

Don't buy it if you want a crap phone.

When I owned the phone, I only had to reset it once due to a freeze. But besides that, I didnt have any problems with it. Turning the phone on and off was a breeze.

Getting an SD card wont give you free internet access. BUT, if your phone is from Alltel, you can access the web by using up your minutes. They wont charge you for any data. Just be cautious not to go over your minutes.

check if your battery is loose. if it is then just put a little piece of paper(card stock or something) and use it to hold the battery in tighter.

After owning this phone for about 6 months, I decided it was time for an update, and sold this baby for $100 on ebay. To anyone wanting this phone, I recommend not paying over $100 for it. Mine was bundled with a memory card and bluetooth headset. What a deal huh?

ok so i just got a hint and its awesome but its menus and programs are the same of the VE20 its doesn't shut off as much as the VE20 so far the only problem is that if you pan in a GIF pic that is still moving it will shut off, but the other newly added features will keep you satisfied
