  • marry me!

  • gay grip, gay form.

  • i appreciate that, but I dont prefer that kind of girls...

  • I do the same thing every time i do pull ups. you know... cause of my balls.

  • @7mrbaseball lol

  • fucking nice

  • youre strong

  • Nicely done!

  • Thats crazy. I can rep out 25 lbs on my nuts (like 10 times) and im a guy

  • Might be a stupid question but wouldn't it be easier the wider the grip? I'm only assuming this from pushups where the close the grip the harder it gets

  • @iamevildoing No, when your grip is closer, you are using your all of your lats and also your biceps. When you go wider it Isolates your back more, so you are using less muscle.

  • @deparnieux123 No, a wider grip, anterior, gives your lats the most innervation.

    Source:

    J Strength Cond Res. 2002 Nov;16(4):539-46.

A comparative electromyographical investigation of muscle utilization patterns using various hand positions during the lat pull-down.

Signorile JF, Zink AJ, Szwed SP.

  • @arneanka74 he meant isolate in the sense that it uses the back muscles only. a wider grip of course innervates lats the most.

  • @iamevildoing different grips train different muscles It doesnot matter if she goes wide or close, 55 pounds for two reps is impressive for a lady

  • they are just jealous because you can pull up more weight than them

  • all i have to say is very good job keep it up...don`t listen to these fools

  • Anyone know the name of the song in the background??

  • PERFECT FORM!

  • My girlfriend can do way more than that!!!

  • ...y esta mierda para que cojones le sirve? primero haz 20 dominadas estrictas con tu peso corporal y luego añade mas peso PEDORRA COMECOÑOS

  • That's a heavy sandwhich.

  • Clearly your girl is a Beast! My max weighted pullup is only 28 kilos. You need to post what your doing. You must be killing it to stay ahead of her.

  • less weight..wider grip and id be impressed

  • i wanna see her dick

  • @TheManoftheyear123 LMFAO!!!

  • @TheManoftheyear123

What do you think the weight is hanging from?

  • @TheManoftheyear123 she can suck her dick

  • thats not a pullup. thats a combination of pullup and overhand grip bicep curl. it uses biceps much more than normal pullups so its much easier. Additionally jerking your legs up is bad form and might cause injury. nevertheless awesome :D

  • @WhisperOfDeath2 that IS a pullup and if you notice , no thumb grip at all, Sorry if it is hard to get up the stairs of your parents basement but why hate on a chick that warms up with your max?

  • @billmandell1 No offence dude, i m not saying that what shes doing isnt remarkable or awesome but its definitely not a pullup. This is not warming up , this is asking for injury. And for the record, I do pullups with 25 additional pounds but with wide grip and slow controlled form.

  • @WhisperOfDeath2 agree, asking for an injury and that grip is no good

  • Now, she's a man. Congratulations !

  • whats the song?

  • your girlfriends the best...

  • thats one strong dude

  • Do lighter weights with proper form (no cheating with the legs swing). And widen your stance.

  • 2??

  • Wouldn't putting the pull down machine on like 160lbs be the same thing? O.O. Impressive still though

  • ew.

  • Impressive!

  • guys wearing pink. seems to be a cool now.

  • wow kipping pullups with her hands extremely close together, shes so amazing.....hahahahaha

  • @TeddyGrahamUSMC Exactly what I was thinking!

  • WTF a7a

  • what the meaning with this short video? 22 second and all we see cheating legs just go up for 2 reps

  • ineffecitve and wrong technics but impressive

  • ITT: Jealous Noobs who can't chin for shit.

  • that is an overhand grip chin up but still she is crazy strong

  • anybody can do that

  • thats a weird looking kitchen. and yes i WILL tell her that straight to her face, because i have testicles. and seeing as i have testicles, i dont swing my body up like a bitch when i do my weighted pullups.

  • Then maybe you should add more weight.

  • @RaidenTheAlmighty youre right, i should add more weight, that way people will think im SUPER strong when im lifting lots of weight with terrible form. i'll tell you what. when you have a 7.9 strength index, ill let you tell me how to lift. but for now, go fuck yourself.

  • Form is less important to building strength than it is for body building. That's pretty much common knowledge. Personally, I wouldn't criticize anybody who is trying to improve their physical fitness. I guess that's the difference between me and a douchebag.

  • @RaidenTheAlmighty from is important in every lift you do, whether it be for strength or body building. if she swings her body up during pullups, just not getting everything out of the lift, and wasting a lot of her time. it would be like if you sat down to do a set of bench. would you only go halfway to your chest and back up? don't even TRY to tell me about lifting. because it's what i do. its my thing.

  • If weight training was your thing you would know that form is much less important when it comes to building strength than body building. And your bench press example isn't the same as what is going on in this video. Cheating slightly is fine as long as your are not injuring yourself and you are increasing your strength. That is why so many powerful lifters use less than perfect form, because it works.

  • @RaidenTheAlmighty wow. its like arguing with a brick wall. youre barely doing any good doing half the lift, as shes doing here. and for the record, im NOT a bodybuilder, im a very efficient 155 college athlete. so you can go ahead and do all the cheating you want with all your lifts because its "fine." in the meantime, im going to continue doing every single lift i will ever do with perfect form, and in the process sculpting myself to be the absolute strongest, most athletic individual i can be

  • That's wonderful. Why don't you just do your own thing and not rag on other people while you're at it?

  • @RaidenTheAlmighty youre in the same boat there dickweed.

  • @cfarr18 155?! you're a beast lol. If you are going to criticize her for her form then you sir need a bit of enlightenment about getting stronger. If you can perform an exercise with perfect form and your goal is to get stronger then you need more weight. What you do is correct you form with higher weights by repeating the lift until it becomes perfect, then proceed to the next level. This is how it has been done forever. How do I know this works? Look at her next few vids lol

  • @Psycho0188 yes 155. with a 7.9 strength index. as in, that is a ridiculous amount of weight for how much i weight. and you have your reasoning backwards, as does everyone else ive argued with on this video. youre more than welcome to perform your method of lifting. we will see whose method pays dividends in the long run. perfect form is essential no matter what lift, exercise, or basically anything you do. you practice perfect form with low weights, until your form is PERFECT. moron.

  • @cfarr18 You just repeated the same thing I said dipshit... Except there is one problem. She has already mastered perfect form with a standard pull-up (meaning no extra weights). In order for her to get stronger she has to move up and practice perfect form with more weights duh. And are you really going to use strength index to argue back? Come on man why don't you post some real stats... We all know that strength isn't linear with body weight so why even use that method??

  • @Psycho0188 exactly what i said in my FIRST post. why post a video of yourself doing something less than perfect? you are a complete dipshit, and i will not argue with you over something i clearly know FAR more about, you know, seeing as how its my major and everything... but youre right, a junior in college with a 4.0 working towards exercise science degree knows NOTHING about this. my bad. so dont even bother replying to this, because you will not stir another comment out of me.

  • @cfarr18 Why not post a video of yourself doing something impressive even though it is less than perfect? Why not post videos of your less perfect lifts to show people how much you have improved? It is what people do, get over it man. She wants to show her progress, then let her do it. Throwing credentials over youtube comments will get you no where. I haven't told you a single thing about myself and yet you automatically conclude that you know more than me?!?!

  • @cfarr18 And I never said you know nothing about this... I merely pointed out that you don't know everything. You said it yourself, you are a Junior in college ;) That doesn't mean you know everything. Anyone going to the gym knows that lifting more than you can while maintaining a slightly less than perfect form while trying to achieve perfect form will always lead to a gain in strength. BTW, you first post was an ignorant ass post about her being in the kitchen and you having testicles... -_-

  • If you truly are going to school for what you say... Why not show a little bit more maturity and professionalism before you start to argue as if you were an expert. Dipshit.

  • @cfarr18 aaaand i can already tell this is not worth mytime to even think about arguing again, have fun being a dipshit bud :)

  • Why did she add weight if she was only gonna get 2?

  • @TBFighter10 To shoot for a 1RPM or try and max out under heavy intensity. It's normal.

  • @AndyHarglesis It's normal if you're bad...

  • @TBFighter10 You obviously have never done high-intensity training.

  • @AndyHarglesis Because you know me right? You're a fatass that sits on his couch commenting on weightlifting videos when you've never lifted in your life. There, now we've both made blind assumptions about each other.

  • @TBFighter10 You said high-intensity training is "normal if you're bad...".

You just admitted that you believe it's stupid doing high-intensity, then you claim I don't know you by me making an assumption that you made clear yourself?

YOU said it was bad. I said you must have never done it if you think it's bad... if you have done it, you wouldn't think it's bad in her line of work now, would you?

You don't know what you're even saying. Hypocrite.

  • @AndyHarglesis You sir, have no idea what you are talking about. None of your statements are relevant because what she is doing is not "high intensity training". hypocrite.

  • it was tied to her penis

  • @hoenoty Jokes aren't funny.

  • bet shes a crossfitter

  • She a liquor licence?

  • holy shit she just beat 99.9% population of men in strength

  • @mhong123123 This

  • @mhong123123 Not really when you consider the added weight probably just brings her up to typical male bodyweight. So this is the equivalent of doing 2 normal pull ups for a man.

  • Comment removed

  • @mhong123123

    No

  • @mhong123123 are you serious ?

my wight is 57 and i can do chin up with 30 Kg not once or twice but 5 or 6

  • @sikanzon and I can do 100kg pull ups before I was born.

  • @mhong123123 i feel special to be that 0.01%

  • tuneee aswell

  • THAT WAS EXCELLENT! And haters/lecturers - lead by example - post a clip of you doing better and you may have some credibility. If you CAN do better, you will already respect this for what it is. Train hard.

  • ^^The two males in the top comments are intimidated by a physically strong female.^^

    :O

  • @AndyHarglesis ...; I am never intimidated by physically strong female. I am average, I am NOT strong, but I have just the opposite reaktion compared with most men: I adore the strong female ! ;-)

  • @Wig4 Sexist.

  • @AndyHarglesis

You can answer anything you want, but not THAT. There is not one bit of a logic by responding with that word.... It seems you've got low IQ ? (Unable to read & understand what is written?)

  • @Wig4 You said:

"I am never intimidated by physically strong female."

Obviously because you see females are minimal threats, whereas that's incorrect.

You also said you adore strong females, and we all know you meant that in a belittling, "be my bitch" kind of way.

    Fucker.

  • @AndyHarglesis .......... Exceptionally dumb people, appear everywhere.... Here we have got one example. Poor boy....

  • @Wig4 Fail. No merit in your post.

  • that is one strong gal...impressive.

  • WHAT SONG IS THAT IN THE BACKGROUND?

  • Can people quit the lame lesbian jokes and just watch the video? :)

I think the girl seems superstrong, and tbh a fit girl is just hot.

  • I FIND THIS VIDEO MODERATELY PLEASANT TO MASTURBATE TO

    /SARC

  • i learn not to hang too long on a pull up bar for it can do some damage to your elbow

  • It's clearly an Asian Guy ;)

  • @SemperFidelisDOD don't try to laugh at Asian guys, if you know about history, 1000 years ago chinese guys were much stronger and taller than white guys.

  • @jamesshao2009

    nope

  • Bro, your girlfriend is strong dude!!!!!! Tell her to keep it up!

  • Very sexy girl ;)

  • yeah the technique and movement isn't the most accurate....

but fuck me its still impressive! stop the hating ffs

  • Those are "girl" pull-ups. Try wide grip without moving the legs or body for momentum. How much does she weigh? And please don't say she can beat me do pull-ups or that I can't do them, I do what I just described with 95lbs. @195lbs for reps. The way she's doing them is not based on muscle strength, but leverage of the forearms and grip. And any "fit" man who trains this way will have this movement down in 3 weeks with weight. It builds no back strength. She will get hurt.

  • She did a bad form pronated narrow grip pull-up. I guess it's a good use of your time if you don't like your shoulder very much

  • tell hur to put tho's weight's down and go on the tredmill.. she cant lift hur self nevermind the extra..i mean did u see that " 2nd rep " was more like the worm.

  • Tell her to do less weight and more than one legit rep

  • @layemout60 you are completely correct. Not sexist at all. Just fact.

  • i love how she is using probably the worst grip possible....

  • Yup the same people who believe this prob think most women can knock out a guy with single punch like they do on tv more evidence of brain shrinkage .

  • This is excellent. Strong, healthy, athletic women are far superior to their weak emaciated pop culture counterparts. I'm adding this to my "girls lifting" playlist, so the next time some skeleton tries to tell me that girls who lift become manly looking I can show her this and other similar videos.

  • @Incurable1488

well I guess that would depend on your definition of manly, wouldn't it?

  • @mellamosean

Girls think that they will look like Jon Pall Sigmarsson with breasts if they actually try to develop their strength. This girl and her nice physique are excellent counterevidence.

  • For all we know that weight could be fake , just because some of us dont believe everything we're spoonfeed doesnt mean we insecure , if shes not athelete then I find it even more incredible as I assume ( if most people cant do this ) then there are even less women . It wouldnt be the first online video someones faked just to get views , so Im sorry if I hurt people feelings by suggesting otherwise.

  • @kinkabala shut up wimp. dont be a sore loser. just swallow the fact she's better than you

  • @miishiahboi u remind me of that fat girl in Donnie Darkko , I bet your asian too

  • strong girl!! not sure what technique can i do with this load.. my personal best is 21 chin ups with my wights. I am 182/82 kg and 7%fat. Please whats the SONG name in the video? Its cool!!

  • i have this thing with muscular women

  • bad form

  • I've done 3 reps with 130 lbs strapped to me. Most guys can't even do what she did, so i'm impressed

  • looks like she was trying to swim before she got back down

  • wow very impressive for a woman...not to be sexist or anything...but i am very impressed

  • @michelrussell2014 You just were sexist.

  • @AndyHarglesis No he wasn't. Women are genetically designed with less upper body muscle per pound of bodyweight, so it's harder for them to do pull ups. It's actually fairly simple logic.

  • @LayEmOut60 No, because they generally weigh less than males, on average, their lesser upper-body strength correlates with their lesser mass and makes it equally the same as a male with more upper-body strength in combination with his heavier mass to a female with lesser upper-body strength in comparison to her smaller mass.

Moreover, there isn't that big of a strength difference in males-to-females as people may generalize or stereotype it to be.

There are other reasons, but kept held now.

  • @AndyHarglesis I'm not saying all the stereotypes are true, I'm just saying that in general, men have more muscle (especially in the upper body) than women per pound of bodyweight. I don't mean for this to turn into a big argument, but I'm 100% dead confident that my statement is true. I'm not saying women can't be good athletes, but men do come by it more naturally. If you wanna call me sexist, then I probably won't convince you otherwise, but everything I said is biological fact.

  • @LayEmOut60 No, sexist fits better with you.

  • @AndyHarglesis Beg to differ, how many 230lb men you see doing pull-ups? Also, women have the same muscles as men. A 135lb. untrained man and a 135lb. woman have the same amount of muscle mass. The joints are the same as well. Have you ever seen a 230lb. woman doing pull-ups? So if she wants to be equivalent, if she weighs 135lbs, have her sock on another 60lbs or so, then she will be lifting what a man lifts in his own body weight. Both have the same joints, ligaments etc.

  • @crotchbuster I know that. You're seriously trying to inform me on anatomy when I teach it myself? lol. No offense.....

And honestly you don't see many 230lb men doing pull ups.....Not even many 200lb men doing them(at least from dead hang).

And by the way the video features a 140-155lb girl/woman doing pull ups with 55 extra pounds. That's equivalent to nearly 200lbs and yes...Dead hang.

See how many "average" males you can find that can even manage 1 pull up at, say, 160lbs.That'd be funny.

  • @crotchbuster The weight thing is untrue...females have less muscle mass and a higher body fat percentage (generally). I read that an elite male athlete could have up to 45/46% muscle mass while an elite female athlete could only get up to 40/41 before reaching a cap. Also, weight is not the predetermining factor for what it's made up of. You could take two men who weigh 180lbs and they could look very different if one is genetically more muscular and the other more fat. Correct me if I'm wrong.

  • @FelRalston ur right bro, entirely, good comment. I was 170lbs before I started training... I could get about 5 pullups. Years of training went by, lots of weight has been gained, and now I sit at 280lbs. Now, I have no problem doing 12 pullups. Why? I was skinny at 170, no muscle, no strength. At 280, I'm athletic, muscular, and because of that I'm able to do more pullups. And that female statement is also true, thats why women are more impressive when they get to this level!

  • @Bsnakes wow 170 is skinny?!

and at 280 you should be able to do a lot more pull ups

  • @zik667 doing sets of 12 on pullups at 280 is great. 170 at 6' 3" is skinny as fuck. I mean, I'm a bodybuilder bro, I know what I'm talking about. Jay Cutler doesn't even do pullups without assistance. I don't understand what perspective you are attempting to come here with? Are you genuinely naive about training and the like? Are you trying to be a smart ass? Honestly, only a useless person would try to fuck with someone leaving a positive comment.

  • @zik667 sumone 170 should be able to do more pull ups then sumone 280.. easily. and yea 170 at 6 3 is skinny! it depends on the person though.

  • @Bsnakes u are 6 3 280? thats huge.. 280. especially if ur not fat. u got vids or anything?

  • @dgarver1992 Im 13% bf at 280-285. Currently sitting at 274. I have been planning on getting videos up, I'm kinda shy lol. But, 280 at 6' 3" may seem huge but I still have a lot to fill out. My 20" arms dont look as good as they would on someone 5' 10". That being said, I'm no slouch, perhaps I'll use this as motivation to get some videos up. I can change my profile pic to a picture of me so you can at least get an idea that I'm not lying about being big haha.

  • @Bsnakes yeah bro, go for it man! put up some videos, would be great inspiration for you andfor others as well.

  • @AndyHarglesis I find it funny that when a man says a woman sucks at something etc. then he';s sexist, Oh yeah, I forgot in America, anything a "woman" does is worthy of high praise, stub her toe and live and she gets a standing ovation, right? So what do you call women who slam what men do?? Such as make statements like "men" can't cook?

  • @crotchbuster It's also called sexist. You clearly didn't get my point here....Looking down at one-another is sexist....Either gender. I could really care less if a woman stubbed her toe. lol.

  • @AndyHarglesis no ive just never seen a woman so strong besides bodybuilders...every girl ive seen cant do a single pullup

  • @michelrussell2014 You don't need to be a bodybuilder to be strong....In fact, bodybuilders themselves don't even train for strength, so that was a dumb statement in the first place.

Besides, can't judge by a few.....There's billions of females. Are you going to judge them all?

  • Impressive

  • i smell a rock climber

  • psh 2 what a girl ='( she can do more thn me

  • And why is she doing that ?

Who is intterested in a girl doing a pull-up ?

Girls, do what is up to you, cook a meal, please your boyfriend and stop doing that crap....that is man stuff !

  • @denkiMF Your misogyny and insecurity is hilarious. I find this awesome. Haters gonna hate!

  • @P4ddl35 it was not meant seriously, I am doing pull ups with way more weight I don`t feel insecure.

I was doing Judo with worldclass judo girls and I know about their abilities.

I just don`t find doing that stuff very female, that is why I postet that comment.

But their is no hatred you obviously figure out.

    Happy New Year !

  • Question, do you know why she puts the weight between her feet? I realized I do it too when I use a dip belt. It seems to make it easier, but I don't know why.

  • @keltronzero shut your mouth i bet your like 300 pounds of nothing but fat and you know what ass wipe? its called trying to improving so shut the heck up with your negative thoughts no one cares what you have to say

  • is this the latest trend now ?

bf's posting clips of the gf's doing pull ups with large weights to make up for a lack of penis size ?

I was arm curling 30 lbs at 17 ( 5 7 " ) with 20 reps x 3 , your gf is doing one , yes one pull up with 50 lbs and suddeny you think you should tell the whole world... wow

I bet she never left the kitchen after that, or maybe that was the whole point , eh ?

  • @kinkabala No one cares about what an insecure douche has to say.

  • Dude, you chose well, this girl is a keeper. I managed to do 3 pullups with 50lbs a while ago but I am a 160lb boy, and my form SUCKED so I dropped the weight because I wasn't making any progress for a while. Now I am at 5 with 35 lbs. I put the weights into my backpack so my situation is not ideal.

  • Why is this woman in the weight room? Bitch you need to be in the kitchen.

  • u gonna get severe back problems if u keep that up

  • i can pullup with an extra 30 kilograms and i way 60... so :P

  • @anakedblackman You what 60?

  • @anakedblackman So you are a skinny bastard that needs to gain some weight.

  • well, i can pullup 30 kgs and i way 60... so :P

  • Outstanding. Anybody who exercises will know how hard that is, especially as it is a large % of your own bodyweight you just added.

  • doing 2 reps of this weight... how many reps does it translate to normal body weight pullups?

  • @whot 10-15?

  • shitty form? I don't know any girls who can do this. And I know a shitload of guys who DEFINITELY can't do this. Nice work, woman. Don't listen to the haters.

  • That doesn't do anything...

  • she did the pullup with the hands differently than normal... normally you should have palm facing you. Also she swung herself for momentum so she only did about half a pullup cause she used the swing, plus she did 2 pullups, with about a 3 sec break in between

  • @Slagernicus

your fucking retarded. Chinups is what your talking about. Go to an actually gym before you say dumb shit. Pull ups are way harder.

  • @trev343 she still has the swinging motion to help her..... the swinging motion makes you go up a lot, and gives you momentum.... if she did dead arm pullups it'd be much more impressive..... i could do about 50 chinups if i swang like that

  • those r unclean pull ups, and what i mean by unclean pull ups, is that she had to jerk her self up to the top of the bar just to get a pull up and the only one she had clean was the first one but after that she could not pull clean pull ups

  • @101johngalt I can do pull ups with 55lbs extra and more, fyi.

I'm just saying average people can not do those things(I'm above average in strength, obviously)

If you think for one second that average men can do pull ups with 55lbs added then you're a pathetic retard because most average men can barely do pull ups with their own BW.

    Dumbass. :)
